Stratus and I had been working together for bids for our Office and production floor area cleaning. Stratus gave us a very detailed outline of what their service would entail as well as the time frame on what would be covered daily, weekly & monthly. It was top notch to say the least. Once we made the switch, the cleaning had improved dramatically. It was like Night & Day. I was also contacted by the manager the 2nd week to see if they meet all of the things that were mentioned as well as if we have any areas that they missed.
Again, a 1st class operation. I'd tell anyone to give Stratus Building Solutions a chance because once you do, you will see on how much you may have been missing.

I just finished our monthly visit with Cristina and Alex. This is the part of Stratus that sets them apart. They expect "the best" for us when it comes to service and quality. I very rarely have anything to discuss however they come in, take notes and bring them back to the cleaners & owners on what they find at our business.
It's just a Top-Notch organization from top to bottom.

After trying a few different commercial cleaners, we are very pleased with Cristina and her teams efforts. Our warehouse is dusty and it makes it way into the showroom and offices and the floors are always clean and free of dirt - even during the winter when employees bring in mud and snow into the breakroom. The monthly service check ups are welcome and provide and opportunity to provide feedback.
