Travis came through for a client with a fast furnace repair in this brutal cold. He applied discounts and communicated so well.

Happy with response time and persistence in making our repair as soon as possible. Repair techs were personable, informative and thorough. I still have not received the two invoices and work notes via email so I’d like to see a better response there.

I was concerned when Frost Heating And Cooling sold to Air Serv years ago. But I quickly learned Aire Serv has the same qualities like excellent customer service, prompt and efficient repairs, and knowledgeable staff who are both professional and courteous. I experienced this lately when their technician Jackson was here to give my air conditioner its yearly checkup. Also, when you call the office Laurie is always so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company.

The only company we could get to come out for an emergency look at our AC unit. We were 50 minutes away and it was 9pm by the time the tech was able to get here, but it didn’t seem like a bother or hassle at all. Jackson was incredibly nice and honest, and it was a quick fix. Won’t even try to call anyone else in the future!
