They were very helpful when I needed an emergency clean upon moving in to an apartment. Laela and Nicholas were very nice, and they did a thorough job. I finally got some peace of mind after this. The company also checks in periodically to coordinate the clean, which was helpful. I would definitely recommend their services, especially if you are looking for a deep clean.

I can’t say enough how AMAZING this company is!! My realtor put me through hell and back with my new home and getting dates right. Kenya (a saving grace) was right there with me rescheduling, making sure I got all needed services, and even finding a Memorial Day crew! The project manager Martinez (I believe) kept in communication of the process, the crew did a phenomenal job, very friendly, and so many people willing to make my house a home with thorough cleaning!

Kenya came out and gave me quote and scheduled my services. She was so nice and went above and beyond with speaking to my landlord to get this taken care of. She sent out Andrew (Project Manager), Mia, & Drew and they did a wonderful job! I was completely pleased with what they have done. Now I am ecstatic for me and my kids to move into our new home now that it’s clean & smells great! & they came out on Easter to clean so i was completely grateful for them and their services they provided!! They have done everything for me including deep cleaning, regular cleaning, power washing, plant watering and maintenance, and basic handyman services such as hanging pictures and curtain rods! They are thorough, efficient, friendly, and always go the extra mile! Kenya is always willing to work around a tight schedule and she and her team are trustworthy with prices that can’t be beat! I really enjoyed Kenya's Cleaning Services, but unfortunately Esther opened two different bedrooms with my family members inside after being asked not to open doors in the house that were closed. She claimed she was looking for the bathroom which was upstairs (why would a second bathroom be next to the first bathroom)? When I told Kenya, she just said that it was her mom as if the behavior was okay.

It is unfortunate I had to let her services go, but this was a continuation of the unprofessional behavior her cleaners had previously shown: asking me for side jobs outside of cleaning, using and breaking my personal vacuum, leaving their black jeans dye on my brand new white leather furniture, and making racist jokes throughout the house.

The clean is not too bad. They do use cheap products and spray so many perfumes but Im sure you can provide cleaning supplies or request not to (Kenya is usually easy to get ahold of). The housekeepers often seemed focused on making the Kenya Cleaning Services special touches (colorful trash bags, stickers on toilet paper, folded towels, blanket across the foot of the bed) instead of my direct cleaning asks so things got forgotten. This is not a 1 because the clean is nice but you do have to direct the cleaners quite a bit.

If you are new to housekeepers and won't be home during the clean or need your business cleaned, Kenya's Cleaning Services is still certainly worth checking out and is locally owned which is always a plus. And Kenya is always willing to make things right but eventually I think we both just got tired of needing to have conversations about this.

As a busy professional my home was cluttered and in need of deep cleaning, or as I call it, a complete factory restore. 😃 Kenya's Cleaning left me in awe, Aubrey, Andrew & Tony did the thing. Cleaned my stove an refrigerator in and out. My 3 bathrooms look amazing. They weren't hourly, the owner did a walk through before Thanksgiving, asked me if I needed it before that holiday, nice option. I've recommended them to my commercial biz owners and fam and friends. Thank you all an I will see you all next month, pre Xmas polish 😀

Do not recommend this service. The owner came to my house, walked through every room, and gave me a price and a 4-hour time estimate. That was her timeline, not mine. I did what I was supposed to do — she did not.

The day of the cleaning, the crew showed up an hour and a half late with no communication until I reached out. When I questioned the delay, the owner gave me excuses about how long the job would take — even though she was the one who set the 4-hour window in the first place.

We returned home at 5:50 pm, expecting them to be done, and were told they needed another 30–45 minutes. The “finished” upstairs still had dirty windows, mirrors, floors with spots, and dust on ceiling fans. Meanwhile, the cleaners admitted they were behind but still spent time on things like making (or offering to make) beds — tasks that weren’t even part of our agreement — instead of focusing on what I was actually paying for.

At 6:20, I asked them to wrap up, but they continued until I finally had to say: “Put it down and leave.”

Unreliable, poorly managed, and not thorough. I would not use them again. And yes, I fully expect the owner will reply here with more excuses in a “professional” tone to make herself look reasonable — watch out for that.

Additional note: After posting my review, the owner responded in a way that perfectly illustrated what I warned about: using a “have a blessed day” tone while slipping in a complete lie about my supposed behavior. This kind of false spin, wrapped in polite language, is exactly why I encourage anyone considering this company to look closely at how they handle criticism. Good luck if you use them.

Poor Service and Unprofessional Conduct – Do Not Recommend

I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning company. On the scheduled day, two workers arrived on time, while a third came late. Initially, they began working without issue, but the two men left before the final walkthrough, leaving half the job unfinished. When I called Kenya (the owner), she sent one worker back, who initially argued that the job was complete—until I showed him the untouched areas.

Kenya eventually arrived with another worker to address the missed spots. However, when I asked why the exterior windows and screens weren’t cleaned, she claimed it wasn’t included in the quote—despite our prior conversation indicating that full window cleaning (inside and out) was expected. Common sense dictates that "cleaning windows" means both sides, yet this was never clarified beforehand.

The job, originally supposed to finish by noon, dragged on until 4:00 PM. To make matters worse, my newly painted walls were scratched (as shown in the photos I provided). When I confronted Kenya, she refused to take responsibility, dismissing it as "wear and tear"—even though the paint was just a few days ago. She offered to repaint the wall herself, but I have to provide paint. I insisted on a professional, ultimately having to call my painters back to fix the damage.

For an $800–$900 cleaning service (a three-bedroom home, excluding walls and trims), the lack of accountability, poor communication, and subpar workmanship are unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Add-on: Kenya’s reply is all about excuses and lies. This is the pictures after the cleaning. The original color is yellow and we painted Tan. Kids room has nothing to do with this. No kids will paint on top of kitchen countertops and you are such a lier to bring kids into this argument. During the conversation, you call my full name to ask to paint the wall for me. I ready don’t need anymore to paint it and I just want to address the issue to you. But for the whole time you are making excuses. You also cursed your customer during the conversation. I am the one paid for unsatisfactory service, suffered damages property and got cursed. I hope you can stop curse all other customer and disclosed their personal information online in the future. Very unprofessional and rude person.

Kenya personally came out to access the property I requested to have cleaned. Kenya Cleaning Services provided a move out cleaning on the entire house. I am thoroughly happy with her services. She even provided furniture cleaning on my sectional sofa which has a rare cream colored knotty wool fabric. Her team did a wonderful job. THANK YOU!!!

We recently hired this company to clean our basement, which was in terrible condition, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Sean and Chavon did an outstanding job, they were professional, thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless. They handled the mess efficiently and even took care of some issues we didn’t expect them to, like clearing out debris and unclogging the sink.

I was looking for a cleaning service to have my master bathroom deep cleaned and called Kenya Cleaning Service. I’m so glad I did. Rob was the cleaner, and he went above and beyond. The bathroom had been neglected, but after Rob got done cleaning, it sparkled and shined. Kenya made the process so easy, very friendly. I have plans to call for more cleaning services. If you have any type of cleaning that needs to be done, Kenya Cleaning Services is the one to call.

I was gifted a cleaning from Kenya’s Cleaning Service for my birthday and finally had them out this past week after Labor Day.
First, I have to tell you that my husband and I are still talking about it, so that alone says its all, but if not…….
When we walked in with Mr. Nibbs - our beloved little cat - we all did one of those quick glances, you know, to make sure everything was still there, and then we glanced at each as if to say, “no way”. It was unbelievable, all the surfaces were literally sparkling, all our crap that is normally strewn all over now had its own place, and my little nook built-in desk had purpose and a place for my laptop and my books.
Our home now felt so warm and inviting, and it smelled sooooo good, and not like apple pie or chocolate chip cookies, but clean and crisp.
Let me say that I am a bit on the anal side so I had to take a quick check of all the corners and seams, and I found no leftover dirt, lent, hair, string, etc.
Up the stairs we went, into our master suite, where we were greeted with fresh sheets on our king bed - the dirty ones were almost done in the dryer, and I had never said anything.
All the pillows had been plumped, fluffed and evenly coordinated on the bed, the Settee and the remaining chairs in our sitting room. Our cat, Mr. Nibbs, had his quarters tended to as well. It was spotless, no cat hair hanging around, everything vacuumed and it also smelled really clean for a change. Mr. Nibbs most certainly was pleased, hence the loud purring after inspecting his little corner of the world.
The kitchen was immaculate, the dishwasher had been run, and get this, they put away all the clean dishes in the correct cabinets!
My husband and I were completely bowled over buy Kenya and the job her crew did for us, that I had to move her information to #1 on my speed dial.
Later that night, the weather so wonderful, we sat outside on our little deck attached to our bedroom, and noticed that all the plants had been watered and pruned perfectly, another nice reminder that our home and all our possessions had been well taken care by Kenya Cleaning Service.
I just can’t say enough good about the cleaning services provided to us by Kenya, amazing doesn’t even begin to cover it.
Anyone that has not tried Kenya’s Cleaning Service really owes it to themselves to just give it a try. It’s a top notch service at apparently a reasonable price (again, it was given as a birthday gift to me). Kenya makes every effort to accommodate any and all payment methods, which tells the client that this company really cares about their clients.

Kenya’s cleaning service cleaned my mom’s house and it looked phenomenal so I hired them to deep clean my rental for move-out cleaning.
