The recent five star reviews are very suspicious. As you can see there is a negative trend in their reviews, so even if the "owner" responds to this, the evidence is already there. Called twice to get a quote, was asked to text both times (you need me to do your work for you?) and never got a response. When I called the third time I was finally told by Robert that they are too busy. It would have been nice to have been told that a lot earlier. The customer should not have to chase you down but clearly that is the case. Very poor communication and lack of response; overall unprofessional.

Use this company at your own risk. The electrician was great, however , the owner, Robert, not so much. He’s not honest and does not follow through on promises. Makes you concerned if he’ll keep up with his “warranty” for work. I pray we don’t need him in the future.

Asked for a quote last week Tuesday. Provided all information that was asked. No communication for over a week. I text again. Someone calls me to confirm an appointment for 11AM yesterday (3/30) and no one showed up. Not a phone call. No response to my texts. Nothing. My husband and I took time off work to be here for the confirmed appointment (that I had two separate calls with Robert about). Now I have to find another electrician and hope they don’t have the same horrible communication/professionalism. I have no idea how this place has 4.8 stars… I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone after this experience..
