The guy that came out to did my electrical work was very caring understandable and very helpful to wear he did an all-day job and excellent service very friendly caring and caring about my safety and my well-being and his boss is also caring person to wear they did not take advantage of me knowing I'm here alone by myself like other companies took advantage of me these people did not I give them a 10

I live close to them, so I contacted them first when we had trouble. They came within 10 minutes, determined the problem was DTE, not in the house, and didnt charge for the visit. I would call them first ifcwe ever need electrical help again.

They came out within an hour, did a professional job and were done slightly before their estimated time. They told me what needed to be done to fix the problem and what needed to be done to get up to code.

Called on a Saturday late afternoon and within an hour Robert arrived and diagnosed our electrical issue. Robert and Darius replaced our corroded breaker box and a bad outlet that night, so we were back up and running within a couple hours. Really appreciate the professionalism and quality of the work. Highly recommended, especially if it's an urgent issue.

Just received help from National Electric today. To the guys who came over to our house, they were both professional and quick to work towards our problems! I would happily recommend their services to anyone and will call again if needed in the future.

Chris did a wonderful job, was about to help with my issue of burning outlets.

Our electrical started acting up on a Tuesday night. I called National Wednesday morning and Robert and his crew were there just after noon. They replaced our old rusted meter and replaced the wiring for it. Then he found an issue with the power line from DTE and called them for us and made an appointment for them to replace the faulty power wire. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable about our issue. Definitely recommend this company. I can’t say enough good things about them. We had our power restored with 24 hours from when the issue started, everyone else I called couldn’t make for at least a week.

Nick, Owen, Robert and Darius did a great job. They worked well into the night to restore my power damaged by a tree falling.

Rob and his team did a phenomenal job. I honestly can't thank them enough for coming on short notice (within the hour) and getting started on a days worth job right there and then. Their work speaks for itself. The new panels and installation I got was quality stuff. I recommend and trust them 100%, and will be using them for any future electrical work. Thank you guys!

6+ stars easy. Only electrician I called who offered AND followed through on same-day service. Darius was at our house within two hours of our call and didn't leave until he was sure the problem was solved and helped explain why we were having the issues we were, all with a positive and friendly attitude. National will definitely be our FIRST call for electrical issues going forward, I cannot recommend them enough for residential electrical work!

Our daughter had a serious electrical issue at her home. My husband and I called National Electric and they came out right away on a Saturday to check it out.
