Jeff B fixed my mom's oven for us. He was very kind and explained everything very clearly. My mom just had elbow surgery and Jeff offered to clean behind the oven for her while it was pulled out, it was very nice of him!

Excellent and timely service. Had a refrigerator fail on me and could not get any other repairmen out in a timely fashion, they sent a repairmen next day, he ordered parts which arrived in amazingly quick. The whole repair was done in 3 days when competitors couldn't even schedule an initial diagnostic for at least a week, and the price was excellent.

Mike K arrived on time… was very professional… efficiently diagnosed the gas dryer issue and completed the repair… cleaned up after doing the work… wonderful overall experience. Thank you Sir.

The service firm we have used was booked up, and they recommended Kenwhirl. I made an appointment for Monday, the 22nd. I called on Friday to confirm. I was told the technician would call between 8:00 and 9:00 to tell us the time frame. No call by 9:05. I called about 9:10 and was advised the technician would call very shortly. It's now 10:05, and NO PHONE CALL. Do they operate in the Central Time Zone? It turns out the original repair firm has an opening later in the week, and we were already given a time window. If they can't keep to a simple time schedule, I wonder what their service is like? I would NOT recommend doing business with this company.

Repairman came out and could not find the model number on appliance to order parts. I found it on my purchase receipt and gave him the number before he pulled off. But he never updated the system, so I waited fir a full month with no response. I called for a status check to find out the part was never ordered and the work order had been closed. No call to me requesting model#. No call informing me the work order was closed. I already spent Thanksgiving without an oven, and thanks to Kenwhirl, will now spend Christmas and likely New Year's without a functioning oven! Great. 0 stars.

Jeff came out to fix our freezer. He was polite, knowledgeable and clean. Super helpful, got our job done in a flash. Highly recommend.

The drain hose of our dishwasher was broken. We have Consumer Energy Home Appliance Protection Plan. Kenwhirl Appliance Service was hired by the Plan to fix the issue. A Kenwhirl technician came in, figured out the issue. Later Kenwhirl office informed us the issue was not covered by the Consumer Energy plan. For the sake of simplicity, we hired Kenwhirl to order OEM parts, and to replace the old with the new. The same tech came a few days later with ordered parts. However, he told us we had to move the dishwasher out before he came in. If he needed to move it, an extra $50 will be charged. Then we moved it the dishwasher out ourselves. After he replaced the hose, he tested it and made sure there was no leaking. After that, he refused to help move the dishwasher back to its original position. This was the first time I encountered for appliances repair services. Granted he replaced the hose well, but the service attitude towards client was really unexpectedly poor.

Mark R. was awesome he came right in and did everything within 30 minutes! Most of all he was kind and didn’t mind informing me about my dryer! This is an awesome company with great customer service!

Zero stars, if I could. My refrigerators compressor went out on 8 days ago, a week ago a tech was supposed to come out to inspect what was wrong, he texted me to text him a product label because he knows what's wrong already, then later that night rudely texted me he never got my text I resent the information he said he got it that time and said thanks because otherwise he would have to cancel my work order. This current Monday afternoon I called and between the company I purchased from and Kenwhirl nobody ordered parts or knew what was going on. Supposedly on this Tuesday the part was ordered. Today 8 days from original service call I get a call from Kenwhirl saying the part came in..... and our first available is next Wednesday 2 weeks from original service call. The next thing is what if the fridge or part can't be repaired are we looking at 3 weeks, a month, I have a family we are living out of coolers, there is no urgency here, I have every right to be mad, upset etc.

Our repairman Mark was great. He still came even though he ran into some car issues earlier in the day. He just left and gave us advice on what to do and if something goes wrong. He also gave some better brand appliances for future purposes. He was awesome!
