I have never had a bad experience at an electric supply store. I don’t care where in the states you are, how could they really be all that bad?
I’m just writing this to point out all the whining has to be about inept people with egos believing that they are the only ones in the store, and they probably don’t know what they are doing in an electric field. I actually get a kick out of the bad reviews because you have to know they aren’t true. There’s no way that the counter told you they didn’t want to sell all that overhead behind them.

Jeff with Fastcom here. The staff here will go above and beyond for you. They're always friendly and helpful. I like the free popcorn and cookies too. Anyone else complaining about this company is just soft and should look for work in fast food. Stop crying and get to work! 😂😂😂

I had him come out and do what we thought was a quick fix but it took awhile to find the problem. I was so impressed with his customer service and price we had him come back out and re did our whole electric box inside and out. We plan on finishing the basement and we will have him out to do that job for us. We are customers for life. He also got ride of a useless out side box. So very happy with the job he has done for us twice now.

Justin did a fantastic job troubleshooting and correcting an issue I had with exterior GFCI outlets. Without his depth of knowledge and experience, I would have spent hours looking and never had found the issue.

I hired them to replace and upgrade my main panel, and add a new outlet and circuit for an oven. They did an excellent job correctly the first time and the inspector even told me to tell them he thought they did a good job. My only complaint would be that they took 2 days, but that is more due to issues with my house's internal structure not anything under their control. I will be hiring them for future work wherever I need to hire someone for electrical work and they are available.

I had DIY'ed a solar panel install. Unfortunately what I had done between the rooftop and my panel was not up to code and I wasn't feeling capable of doing what was needed. I have a generator interlock on my panel and as such I can't back feed solar via a breaker and need to tap the solar on my side of the meter. I'll do installs on my panel, but behind the lugs I'm not touching it.

One electrician told me he wouldn't work on solar projects and two others simply flaked on me giving me a quote but refusing to answer questions. Zero-Point was recommended to me by a neighbor who had a EV charger installed. They came out, gave me a fair price, and actually got the job done and done well.

If you're doing any sort of green project or just standard electrical work you really need to reach out to Zero-Point first.
