Great when you hire him for a large job. But good luck getting them to come out for any warrant work. We have three open claims. Job was finished 10/2018. As of today, 5/2020, not one warranty claim has been resolved by M&D. Very disappointed.

Update: 5/29/2020 - Added two stars back. John did come out personally and resolved two of the warranty claims. Last one is schedule.

After renovating our home we decided the outside landscaping needed to be redone. After working with M & D we couldn't be happier! Professional service through and through. The 3D rendering was exactly what we envisioned for our dream home! The attention to details and ability to listen to our concerns was paramount and these guys delivered.

M&D installed a porcelain tile patio this fall. Did an outstanding job with this difficult installation and took every extra step to make sure it was done right. We had to wait a long time for this work due to inclement weather and then the pandemic, but once they started the job they worked carefully and professionally until the job was done. Would recommend them to anyone interested in this type of project!

M&D did a great job on our backyard renovation. We had a paver walkway put in, new garden beds, drainage, and other general landscaping done. John was easy to work with and the finish product looks great. I would highly recommend.

John is phenomenal!!! He did a awesome job designing our new landscape. He listened to our wants, needs, concerns and addressed everything. Installation was top notch. Crew was friendly and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend M&D lawn and landscape .😃😃😃

The Team at M & D Lawn and Landscape did an amazing job on our front and backyard! The brick patio is incredible! John is extremely responsive and was such a pleasure to work with. I changed my mind many times throughout the process and he was always happy to accommodate and answer all of the questions that I had along the way. John and his crew were professional and talented! We had a new walkway and unilock patio placed. They also corrected some other stonework that we had on our property. It was a pleasure to have the crew on site and they definitely worked with a “do it right the first time mentality” . The quality of their workmanship will undoubtedly last decades. We could not be more thrilled- highly recommend them!

John and his crew were amazing. We had drainage work done along with installation of an amazing patio. He was able to find a solution quickly for unexpected issues (we found a sun room foundation wall under the old patio). His crew was friendly and respectful. The guys were great with our dogs and our young son. I highly recommend M and D!!

They did an awesome job. John the owner listened to what we wanted and worked with us to come up with a beautiful design. John and his crew (Jerry and Dave) were committed, diligent and treated our project as if it was theirs. Great team dynamics and good people. Would highly recommend.

John and his crew are very professional, very VERY detail oriented. Delivered over and above our expectations. M & D's brick paving, hardscape design, lighting, and drainage solutions have our house looking amazing rain or shine. I honestly think our property is now one of the nicest in the county. Their attention to detail and the foundation...how deep they dug, no skimping on materials, and the fact that they are Unilock certified installers makes me confident that this job will look this great for DECADES to come. So glad we went with M & D. If it's worth doing something, it is worth doing well. With John and his crew, I never stressed about the project quality.

2020 UPDATE: Our house is still the talk of the block, the nicest around, and we have John and M & D to thank for it! I had a delivery from Home Depot, and the driver was hesitant to drive over our driveway with the large load...I yelled out to him "it's solid", with confidence...he was amazed that nothing shifted in the least, under all that weight. It's gorgeous work, and it's BUILT TO LAST!

2023 UPDATE: Still stunning, still perfection. We love you John!!!
