Horrible company to deal with. I was quoted for a cleaning and putting in padding. They missed their first appointment, were late to their second appointment and for the third. The second appointment was for the cleaning and the third was for the installation of padding. They guy tried to charge me more than what I had already paid for previously for the whole deal. When I showed him the receipt he said fine. He put in a new pad and it was the wrong size! You can clearly see the step down from where the new pad meets the old pad and when I mentioned this, the guys said: "You know what?! Don't pay me! Goodbye!" He literally took off, didn't finish putting down the carpet and just left. Even worse, when I called their offices, whoever answered had the audacity to yell at me for "not paying his guy". The man on the phone would not let me even finish my sentence to clarify what had happened. Now i'm out all this money and STILL need to call another company to come put in the proper sized padding. What a horrible company. Do NOT do business with them. They are terrible unprofessional.
