I can't recommend Ferguson Carpet and Furniture Cleaners enough. We've used them for years and they've earned our loyalty.

First off, they're family-owned and not some big corporate chain. The owner does his own work, which says a lot. In a world where most companies just send whoever's available, when he shows up, you know the guy doing the job is the guy whose name is on the business.

They aren't the cheapest and they aren't the most expensive. They sit right in the middle, but the quality is on par with the higher-end companies and you get that personal touch the bigger places can't match. He's meticulous. Takes his time, doesn't rush, and won't leave until the job is actually done right. You get what you pay for with this guy.

We've used him for carpet and furniture cleaning, including some tough situations with our older dog, and the results have been great every time.

Where Ferguson really stood out though was on water damage. We had a water line to our fridge fail and water flooded the drywall above my daughter's room. He came in, drained everything, and fixed it all up. Then a separate time we had flooding in our laundry room and he was at our house immediately with industrial blowers to stop any further damage. On top of the cleanup, he walked us through different options and gave us advice on how to avoid it happening again.

That's the kind of service you don't forget. He's not just there to do a job and leave. He actually cares about helping you protect your home.

If you're looking for someone who does great work, treats your home like his own, and shows up when it counts, this is your guy. Highly recommend.

Furguson Carpet Cleaning just cleaned all the carpets in my home, and several upholstered chairs. They did a great job. They came when scheduled, explained what they would do, worked quickly and everything turned out beautifully. They were fairly priced and very friendly. I recommend them highly!

Came home to a flooded basement due to a sump pump failure on Christmas Eve. I called Ferguson’s and was surprised someone answered on a holiday. Shirley was great and had the guys over within 2 hours with all their drying equipment. Jim was also great and knowledgeable and had us dry within 48 hours. Ferguson’s has been cleaning my family’s carpets for years as well. Thanks again guys.

Terrible! I can’t say that any louder! Horrible customer service. I paid extra for specific areas of my house to be deep clean and they charged me for it and then told me they didn’t do that type of cleaning and wouldn’t refund my money. I offered to have it go to the next clean and try to work with them but they said since I already paid there is nothing they can do about it now.
I am out money and never had the job get done. Very unprofessional and rude people. I would have rather had a dog lick my floor then these people clean my house again. The dog would have done a better job.

I asked for a deep cleaning of my house and they missed a whole bunch of stuff. They also left a used coffee mug in the sink for me when I did my dishes before I left for work that morning. I will never use them again.
