Flat river just left my place after helping me with hooking up a breaker issue; Mike Lott, the technician went above and beyond to ensure our water heater was functional and was more than friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend, if you’ve got electrical issues, Flat River are the folks to call. Ask for Mike!

This team of electricians is outstanding! Anita is great at communicating and scheduling, and Mike went above and beyond by coming over on Christmas Eve to check something out, with no charge! I've had multiple jobs done by them and the quality of their work is always excellent. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of a reliable and professional electrical service!

We called Flat River Electric to install additional lighting and switches to our hallway and laundry room.

Very friendly employees at this company- from when i called to when the work was completed- I was very happy with the level of service. Caleb and Connor were both courteous, professional and took the time to answer all my questions. The work looks amazing and I can tell they take pride in it.

I appreciate the job Flat River Electric did when they put in the fan/light in my large bathroom. From Anita who I worked with at the office to Billy and Landon who worked in my home were all professional, kind and polite. Billy and Landon were two professional workers, who covered the area in which they were working so it would not be soiled and wore protective covers on their shoes. They went right to work even having to dodge small children, dogs and cats at times. They had to go up into the attic, but, left the area clean afterwards. Putting in a fan is much more than just hooking up electrical lines, an exhaust system also has to be connected. The fan and light is fully functional and looks great on the ceiling. An important thing to me is that they cleaned up after their work. The entire system worked wonderfully as proven when I took my first shower with it and the room was fog free! They did a great job as I knew they would as I am a repeat customer! I would recommend them to my family and friends. They are quick, professional, kind, pleasant, knowledgeable, and and easy to work with. Thanks Flat River Electric!

Mike Lott from Flat River Electric helped me completely wire new service to my home. He installed a new 66 circuit panel and left a masterpiece. The level of quality and services is top notch. His crew of Brian and Grant were prompt and personable. They left the work space cleaner than when they started. This wasn’t my first experience with Mike. A couple years ago he added an outdoor panel for my pool, wired and grounded everything. Very pleased with Flat River Electric!

I was given Mike's name as a referral from a neighbor. Mike was my second quote and two other electricians didn't want the job after seeing the work. Of the two quotes, Mike had the best plan although it would cost more. I had good vibes that it would be done much nicer. Mike sent me a detailed quote with all the items we discussed. Brian and Grant did a great job with the house and barn panels. They worked until 8:30pm, that first day, to get power back up before leaving. Much appreciated! I bought this house a year ago with the code breaking two panels seen in the picture attached. They also wired in two more outlets that I needed.
I just had them back today to run some new lines above my garage. Again, great work.

Billy shows up with Dwayne at almost exactly the time they predicted, not the tail end of it, but the very start. It only got better from there. I initially called because I had a blown fuse and my garage door wouldn't open. By the time they were done, my garage was fixed, three of my previously dead outlets were fixed, my new thermostat was installed, and I now have a new electrician.

I've had vendors come to my house and do stuff before, but Billy and Dwayne were remarkable. Not only were they attentive and polite and looked for everything that they could do to help, but they cleaned up after themselves and charged me so little money, I assumed they had forgotten how much work they did.

I used all of the powers of AI (Google Gemini) to find the right electrician, and it did not fail me. As the younger generations are fond of saying:

10 out of 10, would definitely recommend.

As in, I have other things I want done this spring and I guarantee you I will be calling Flat River Electric to come out and do it.

I have used Flat River Electric several times thru the years and have always been very happy with their work. This last time was no different. DeWayne and Billy arrived on time to put in a separate light switch in my laundry room (it was connected to the hall lights so if I turned them on, all the lights would come on). I also needed a security light installed and the main reason I called was to replace the light fixture at the bottom of the stairwell. The one that was there was recessed in the ceiling panels and gave out very little light. Sometimes I couldn't even tell if it was on. I was (still) doing work in the stairwell and had not yet replaced the ceiling tiles. They removed the old fixture and put in the new light, leaving me enough room to slide the tiles in when I was ready and all I would have to do is tighten the screws. I LOVE the new light! I can actually see down the steps and it looks great! Everything I needed done was finished quickly and works perfect. Another great experience with Flat River Electric! I have more electrical work coming up and I absolutely will be calling them to do it.

I called Flat River Electric and talked with Heather regarding six existing light fixtures to which I was experiencing problems. Heather did a great job listening and understanding my issues. Electricians Caleb and Connor were dispatched. Both electricians were polite and respectful of my home. They explained why the six existing fixtures were not working. They proposed solutions and costs for me to decide on how to proceed. Once the work was authorized Flat River Electric proceeded timely in completing the electrical work , removing all necessary debris, leaving the work areas clean . The scope of work required two different trips of which Heather and Caleb both communicated with me updates. I recommend anyone requiring electrical work to call Flat River Electric. They “DELIVERED” awesome customer service.

Great experience with Flat River. Anita got me scheduled quickly and even though there were supposed to be two people on the job it was still done very well in just a few hours. Pricing was higher than the other quotes I got but service quality and the peace of mind from their warranty is worth it. Highly recommend!
