Just had a brand new a/c and furnace installed - they were quick, efficient and thorough.

Brad quickly diagnosed the problem and effectively serviced the problem within minutes. He thoroughly checked and ran the operation of the problem area to make sure it was resolved completely before leaving. He showed up earlier than expected and resolved the problem within an hour. He called me in advance to let me know he was on his way. Very pleased with Brad at Canfield.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Did a great job. He was even respectful to put covers over his shoes to not bring in snow. Wonderful experience all around!

Brad did an excellent job in getting our boiler repaired. Started with fixing a manifold leak and then two additional trips to replace some major inner boiler parts that were in really bad shape. We appreciated the communication and expediency, especially around the holidays. Brad arrived when he said he would and always called first. Enjoyed working with him.

Joshua was here Friday evaluated my situation after a very bad experience with another company. He was knowledgeable and upfront concerning why an expensive special order toilet was required
Hayden came Tuesday to install. He was also very knowledgeable, polite, efficient and cleaned up after. I will definitely be a Canfield customer for all plumbing and other needs in the future.

Joshua came back Friday to complete the order. Polite, efficient and just what you’d expect from a plumbing company.

Installed new furnace. Arrived earlier than expected. Answered all my questions and helped setup my smart thermostat. Removed old furnace and cleaned up basement. I’m very pleased with the results.

We are very pleased with Canfield Plumbing and Rafael, who was able to help us so quickly and thoroughly when we discovered our water heater was corroded and leaking. My husband and I thought our basement might soon be flooded, but Rafael was able to come here quickly to assess the situation AND install a new water heater. He explained our options, and was very thorough, accommodating, and patient as he solved our problem and we were off having hot water again! The first plumber we called couldn’t even come within a week to look at our leaking water heater. We truly appreciate the excellent service we received from Canfield and from Rafael :)

They were able to get to us very quickly with all the freezing weather so I’m sure there were many calls. Bryant was super!! I highly recommend this company to anyone. The first hour price was a bit of a shock but I’m sure they are in line with most companies.

Nels was thorough, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and had great suggestions for solving my electrical issues which this time included installation of ceiling fans, installing a new wall outlet, and fixing a non-functional outlet. Had 3 quotes done prior to performing the work and Canfield was the best for both service and price. Highly recommend!!

Elijah did a wonderful job! He serviced our furnace, changed the filter, got us a new pad for the humidifier, and recommended a power supply protector for the furnace. We were very pleased.

Very pleased with Canfield Plumbing regarding our new water heater. Went to Lowell to discuss project with Kevin on Monday (2/16/2026), Martin Hollern came by the same day to observe our problem and quote a new water heater installation, and Haydn Floyd came on Tuesday (2/17/2026) to install a new State water heater. Work was preformed very well and the new unit seems to be working well. Thanks to all involved.

Our heat went out and we needed to replace our furnace. They were able to get us taken care of quickly! Very professional and respectful! I would definitely recommend them.

Tanner was great. He explained the work he had done on the furnace and how it looked OK. He was very professional and even told me some points that would help the furnace run better like the correct air filter, cleaning the fan and he suggested a magnetic filter because I told him that this house was so dusty. He was going to send me information. I really appreciated him. Your company is very lucky to have such a great employee.

We currently have a problem with a 20+ year old furnace. Tanner was great!! Presents himself well! Knowledgeable, polite, great at answering questions and showing the issues causing problems. The furnace is very expensive, but that is not the fault of Tanner. We were pleased to have Tanner call on us this day. Thanks to Tanner and thank you to Canfield for sending out a quality person.

Kevin was skilled and knowledgeable diagnosing our furnace issue and organizing a rapid solution!Nel is a skilled and knowledgeable electrician. He sorted our electrical issues easily and professionally. Definitely would recommend his services and use him if needed in the future.
