Nolan did a good job. Professional and was thorough in testing all functionality of our furnace that had stopped working. He explained the various causes that were possible and what needed to be corrected.

Brad quickly diagnosed the problem and effectively serviced the problem within minutes. He thoroughly checked and ran the operation of the problem area to make sure it was resolved completely before leaving. He showed up earlier than expected and resolved the problem within an hour. He called me in advance to let me know he was on his way. Very pleased with Brad at Canfield.
