It was a pleasure to met Sam today, he courteous and professional. He arrived in the early portion of indicated time window and checked and cleaned our furnace in a complete and timely manner…..thank you Sam!

Had HVAC installed 12/24 by Randazzo. Sales, installation, technicians and customer service all top-notch. Isaiah did my annual check-up and he was also excellent. Randazzo is solid. Highly recommend.

Don Bell performed a maintenance inspection on our furnace. He was very thorough, took his time, explained everything in an understandable way and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

A previous technician from another company had recently come out and was unable to solve the problem whereas Kyle, from your company quickly diagnosed and repaired my furnace restoring heat to my home. I highly recommend install with Randazzo. Every single person that I have been in contact with has been very professional and very kind. The techs that came and did my install (Riley and Joseph) were very knowledgeable and friendly. They do amazing work!

Tony was very informative. Explained everything thoroughly and made me aware about a water filter didn't know anything about during installation. It was a pleasure meeting with him.

I had a general furnace maintenance check up and new basic thermostat installed. Jacob was on time and very good! He showed me how the new thermostat worked and I will have Randazzo back in the Spring to install a new ☀️ ac unit✨️

We had a bit of a rocky start with our split unit installation, as the initial crew didn’t quite meet expectations. Thankfully, Brian—the manager on the job—worked quickly to find a solution (and was equally amazing and professional throughout). That’s when Alex, Jamie and Jeremy stepped in and completely turned things around. They came all the way from Macomb—outside of their usual area—to personally take the lead on our project. From that point forward, everything went exactly as we had hoped based on the original quote.

Alex and his team did an incredible job. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication truly stood out. Everyone we worked with was fantastic. We’re so grateful Alex took the reins and delivered top-notch work. Highly recommend!

Dan from Randazzo’s was excellent! He showed up on time he took care to clean up behind himself. He was respectful of covering his shoes for my carpet and even taught me a few things about my system for me to help maintain it until the next check up! I will definitely request him for my next check up.

Very pleased from the beginning with Ryan, the salesman and Josh and his crew Who installed the HVAC system. Also for Tom and his partner for coming out and making a few adjustments and replacing a bad air scrubber, they were very prompt and professional went out of their way to go back to the shop and get another air scrubber to finish the project. can’t see enough good things about this company. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again.

We had a new AC unit installed yesterday by Randazzo Heating and Cooling, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Larry was great at explaining our options before the purchase and what work needed to be performed. Julian, our install tech, was fantastic, professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. He took the time to walk through how the new system works and made sure all our questions were answered. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. The whole process was smooth and efficient. We’re already noticing a big difference in comfort. Highly recommend Randazzo and Larry and Julian for anyone needing HVAC service!

Matt was awesome, he fixed things on my furnace that weren’t working since installation, humidifier, and fixed an internal water leak also. Would highly recommend

Furnace wasn’t working properly. Scheduled an appointment on line at 4 a.m. and got same day appointment! Realized I scheduled for maintenance and not repair. Called the office at 9 a.m. The call taker was very nice and checked to see that they could do both maintenance and repair at the same visit. The technician was awesome, explained everything and didn’t rush the job. His extern was great as well! Randazzo is definitely my go to for all heating and cooling needs!

Mr. Bell was so kind and took time to make us feel comfortable with his being on our home. He was efficient and thorough doing our yearly maintenance on the furnace. He is definitely an asset to your company.

Arrived early. Very professional. Michael Sparks reviewed the work order and price prior to install of new hot water tank. They covered my hardwood floors and wore shoe covers. Asked if I had any questions prior to leaving.

Ryan Nichols was extremely helpful. I asked a bunch of questions while he and his partner were working. They tackled the project quickly and efficiently. So pleased!

Called Randazzo for an issue I was having with my water heater. The technician, Addison Batson, who came to service the water heater was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Addison quickly was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. I I was only charged the service fee. I am extremely happy with the service from Randazzo!

Best customer service, ever! I feared the whole HVAC process (how many of us really understand it?) but the team that came out and completed the install was incredible: professional, willing to teach, fast, clean, fun, demonstrated mutual camaraderie. Day of install Dom and another Tech (his name escapes me), worked very hard to make sure everything was torn out and installed correctly. There was a little bump in the road with the wiring of new system, but they stayed and called in for help so the job got done correctly . ✅ Afterwards, Dom made sure to go over everything with me about the new furnace and air conditioning unit.

Matt Consiglio was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to listen to our questions and explained everything thoroughly. Very thorough. Would definitely recommend Matt to anyone. Thanks again Matt! Much appreciated!
