I was looking to make a specific repair to an appliance, I was calling around asking about getting service and had pretty much diagnosed the problem. I left a message with Cathy's Appliance repair and a little while later I got a call back. The woman called to inform me that they didn't work on the specific brand of appliances I needed help with (LG) BUT could tell from my message that I really just needed the part. She gave me a recommendation to where I could get it. That was just amazing customer service and I didn't even give them a dime. To follow through like that just shows that a business is out there to do the right thing and take care of people. *When* another appliance breaks (that's not an LG), Cathy's will be the first place I call.

The technician was very responsive to our phone call. He was able to quickly diagnose and repair our washing machine.

Technician very responsive and able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem. Although we were the last appointment of an unusually long day due to circumstances out of his control, he was not rushed and took time to answer questions related to the repair needed.
