Conner's Repair

Steve was professional, kind, considerate and explained the entire process of what he was doing from the moment he entered the door until the second he left my driveway. He was very fair with pricing and taught a new homeowner like me some valuable lessons and tricks to avoid future repairs. I will be using him for all of my repairs going forward.

Mixed reviews. We have an older model Whirlpool top-loading washing machine that stopped agitating and needed a new timer. After reading the glowing reviews on Yelp we gave Conner's a call. It went to voicemail. Then we called again and left a message. and again. and again. and again. My first call was on a Thursday and I didn't speak live with anyone until the following Tuesday. At that time the woman answering the phone (Heather) laughed (literally) and said she had received my messages but had written down the wrong phone number. I didn't find it nearly as funny as she did. It also doesn't explain why no one answers the phones to begin with. Terrible first impression. Unfortunately, we were desperate to get our washer fixed and other places in the area were all backed up.

From here the service gets infinitely better. Justin came out the same day to service our machine and was a total pro. Quick, efficient and very polite. He fixed the machine in under 2 hours and it's back to running like a champ. Justin saved what would've been a 1-star review.

Not sure if we'll be back unless we're in another pinch.

Outstanding service. Was able to come out within two days of me calling for an over range microwave installation. Arrived on time, very professional and courteous, and very reasonable pricing. This is my new go-to business. Highly recommend
