Paid them 600 first to fix one of the dual fryers then after they left , broke. Then came back did half tune up paid them 100. Still same both fryer dont work scammers

The worst experience I have ever had with any company in my professional career. We dropped off a roller grill in november 2012, and we have yet to receive it in working order as we are now almost in the month of April 2013. They originally promised a completed date of 3 weeks after dropping the machine off. We have picked up the machine on 4 occasions and it still was not working properly. After 3 months of dealing with bad attitudes, broken promises, and the run around, we finally got a hold of someone willing to fix the issue that they overlooked during this ordeal. They notified us it was a $39 part and it was on back order and they will call us when they finish fixing our machine. Another month goes by and we call to check on the status and they inform us that the part is still on back order and they will call us back to check on it. They call me back and inform me that the part will be there in 3 days and the cost is now $126. It is now 2 weeks since they said the part will be here in 3 days, and i have yet to hear from the company and cant get anyone to call me back. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY. After checking with the BBB, at no surprise to me that they have several complaints againt this company. Do your research

I am a food truck. I purchased a Globe Fryer floor model that I installed but could not get the pilot to stay lit. Globe called AR to service my fryer. When I talked to the dispatcher, I explained that my entire business was based on that fryer, that I had already lost $4k in business and would have to cancel any business until I could get it fixed. The dispatcher was awesome!!! She had someone to me within an hour even though Globe did not reimburse them for the overtime. I was able to make my commitments! Thank You AR

Used them for a Kettle repair. Too expensive per hour and the first two trips spent a few hours and they said it was fixed and left. It was not, then called them again and then they said we have to get some new parts totaling $3200.00 something. Overall spent $5000 plus to get this repaired. I don't think they have experienced people and they are learning on job at our cost

Technician had no idea how to diagnose a warmer! Charged me $250 for a wrong diagnosis. They have no clue what they are doing or talking about! DO NOT CALL FOR SERVICE! Clueless

Have known & worked with Lisa at AR Repairs for over 10 years now and cannot say enough great things about their overall service and business integrity. Always top notch and always delivers ahead of schedule. Hats off to a wonderful organization - Look forward to many more years together!

Lisa was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to get startups completed for my customer. Even when we ran into issues during service, Matt moved things around to get someone to site on a Friday afternoon. Highly recommended!

Don't use these guys!!!! They are a big scam. Had my element replaced on my grill and 30 mins after he replaces it I have 3 more elements go out and they told me it will be an extra 3k to change those ones too. Tech said its a common thing and a coincidence that the others went out. Tech did not know what he was doing. Told our cook he came from heating and cooling and now is fixing grills. Don't waste your time and money. Ended up buying a brand new grill and not dealing with these losers.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. We have 5 food trucks and they were completely outfitted for a fraction of the price I was quoted at other vendors. They provided us with spectacular pricing and amazing customer service. A big thank you to Lisa, Ross, Matt and everyone else at AR.
