I had a really disappointing experience with this restoration company. Communication was terrible from the start — calls and messages went unanswered for days. They came out, looked at the project, and said they would send a quote, but I never received one. I followed up multiple times and they just kept wasting my time without ever providing the estimate.

When the crew did show up initially, everything felt rushed and unorganized. There was very little explanation of what was actually going on and the overall professionalism was lacking. If you’re dealing with restoration after damage, the last thing you need is a company that can’t even follow through with a simple quote.

Unfortunately this experience was frustrating and a huge waste of time. I would not recommend them.

Dominic and all the staff were all very kind, helpful and respectful. They helped make an extremely stressful time in our lives much better, by supporting us, putting us at ease, and being friendly. It is not comfortable at all having strangers packing up all of your personal items, but we couldn't have found better folks to help us do just that in our time of need. I really thought twice about leaving my negative comment but I just can't let it go. 90% of my stuff was horrible from cleaning to ruining all the way to losing clothing. I had a bag of brand new clothing 5 pieces and didn't get any of it back plus more. We received pieces that weren't ours.... the whole experience was horrible. I would never recommend or use them again

A severe storm with high winds ripped away the flat roof on our home's dormer. Water from the storm poured through the roof and into our home, including into our cedar closet and left over a hundred clothing items sullied or damaged. Recovery Cleaners responded quickly, sorted things out professionally, and saw to it that our clothing was cleaned and returned in excellent condition!

Dominic Padovini was very helpful and kind. We were very stressed and upset and he showed understanding and kindness. The lady and gentleman he sent to help me salvage some of my clothes could not have been any nicer. They helped me get through a rough time going into my house that is for the most part totally burned. I would highly recommend them if your in need.

I had Recovery Cleaners take care of all 500+ textiles after a fire at my residence. I was very pleased with how Dominic explained the process that was going to happen and how he followed up on request during the process. The company handled the collection/cleaning/return of my things, very professionally. They made sure I was happy with every piece I had them clean.

We had a house fire from a lightening strike, that rendered our home a total interior and roof loss. Recovery cleaners took such great care of us, getting us 24 hour turnaround sets of emergency clothing, processing our other clothing quickly when needed and returning our clothing to the hotel, even when we couldn't be there, packaged perfectly. They got the smoke smell out of the clothes and textiles. We are so pleased with their white glove treatment and care for every detail of things we so often take for granted. I want to give a huge shoutout to Dominic and his amazing crew! When our office got hit with a flood, Dominic came to check out the damage and see if he would be able to fix our window treatments. He was super friendly, walked us through the whole process, and even gave us the heads up that it'd be cheaper to buy new curtains online since he noticed there was a sale on amazon instead of cleaning the old ones and charging us more money.

Most businesses wouldn't bother being so honest, but Dominic went above and beyond. He stayed super responsive and didn't mind answering all our random questions, even ones unrelated to the restoration work. Can't thank them enough for being awesome! Huge thanks, Dominic!

Smoke damage at our condo instantly turned our lives upside down. The one comforting service was the care and cleaning of all of our clothes and fabrics by Recovery Cleaners. They were on location quickly, excellent communications, organized, and respectful of us, our situation and our stuff. When they returned it all five months later, it was nicely cleaned, smoke free and well organized. All dealings with their people were pleasant and professional.

Miracle workers! I washed my husbands $200 silk shirt on accident. It felt Like sandpaper and shrunk. I called Dominic in a panic and his words were I GOT YOU! Recovery cleaners managed to bring the shirt back to its original state . Amazing company !!
