Electrical reviews in Madison Heights, Michigan

Best place to buy all of your electrical materials. Not to mention the friendly and knowledgeable staff!

I can not believe how helpful this branch of City Electric Supply is and has been . Their employees are nothing but professional in helping me find the materials needed to finish my projects.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wide selection of products.

Very helpful, and knowledgeable & stock a fill line of LEDs and supplies for all of my electrical needs.

Very helpful. When the part I needed wasn't available they chased one down for me! Great place to shop

Great place for all your electric needs, if they don’t have it they can get it fast. The guy’s at the counter are well Knowledge so they know what your talking about even when you are not very sure.

Great service. Ron was awesome and had my order ready for me when I walked in.

Not impressed. Stopped by the store, needed a soldering iron for a 16 wire cannon plug that has solder pots. Little short guy behind the counter gives me attitude like I'm an idiot.
When they say "if you can't Do then Teach" the same should be said, "if you can't Do then Sell".

I've been working with Ron for the past few months and he's been nothing but helpful!! Couldn't ask for better customer service.

This by far the best supply house in the metro detriot area. The sales people are knowledgeable and professional. They where able to help me and answer all of the questions i had.... keep up the good work.

Phenomenal customer service. Chris was amazing he helped me out with a very small problem I had that has a huge benefit to my business.

Ron, Mark, Brandon, and Tom always take care of me with whatever material I need, always good service, and always a friendly experience.

CES customer service is outstanding. Ron at CES went above and beyond to get me a hard to find part delivered the same day from very far store to this location. World class service that you can’t find else where.

Their Salesman Ron is awesome .when so.eone goes out of their way to make your client happy . Averting a bad day . Thats pretty great ! Thanks Ron !

I use City Electric in Madison Heights on a daily basis. I have had nothing but positive experience every time I deal with the staff at this location. Even when they don't have a product or tool I require to complete my jobs they go above and beyond to locate and bring it in to their location to keep me going. I would recommend going to this supply house for any and all your electrical needs.

Ordered an auxiliary part for our parking lot fixtures and Ron went the extra mile and a half to locate the correct installation screws and get them to me. Great service!

The staff are very friendly and helpful!!! Every time I have visited, I'm always welcomed with a smile, and any question I have about a product they are very knowledgeable! Very clean store and very organized. The store owner is very friendly and welcoming as well. I highly recommend coming here.

Ronald Menser, gave great customer service, & was very knowledgeable, prices were excellent, City Electric Supply, Madison Heights, I will be by again soon & have already pass your name & phone number on to other possible customers, thanks again Marty E.

I'm not a pro, I just do projects around the house, and am used to shopping at the big chain home improvement stores. I happened to be driving by City Electric today and stopped in to see if they had what I need for a project. They have awesome service, helped me decide what to get, had everything I needed and prices were great! I'll be going there for all my electrical supplies from now on.

I'm not sure what Marcel is talking about because these guys are the best at what they do. The little short guy behind the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable, it's the old guy you got to look out for. Hahaha you're doing a great job over there guys.
