Recently bought our home and needed help with our humidifier. A technician was sent, and fixed the problem (humidifier was never installed to the smart thermostat). But a few hours later, the house was getting cold. We tinkered with every setting on the thermostat and reset the breaker. Nothing worked. At 4:45 PM, Family sent someone else out, and they quickly found the issue, and got the furnace working before negative temps settled in that night. Great service, responsive staff, and technicians that went the extra mile to learn this crazy smart thermostat worked, and make sure we had a warm house. Much appreciated!

Timely, honest, professional and great service fee pricing! I am so incredibly pleased with our service today. Technician was informative and professional! I’ve had positive experiences with Family for new AC, fan and thermostat installs, and routine maintenance over the years. They are practical and reasonably priced with great service. During recent furnace tune-up, Gary did an exceptional job. Highly recommend.
