Rip-off, Yes they are, these guy ripped me off, I called for service and they send me their technician, he said that my furnace motor is bad, it will cast $580 to put a new motor, I told him that the furnace still under warranty, he went and called the wholesale and they told him, yes it's under warranty, come and get a new one, they called me next day saying that the cost to install the new motor is $620. So $580 to put their new motor, $ 620 to install the motor that paid off under warranty. What a crook. I said no I don’t want you to work for me, they started to become rowed and mad, and they said we went to your house, we did research and investigation, you have to pay us $134 instead of $79 their service call or we don't give your motor back. I paid them, got my motor back, hired different guy, he changed the motor from the Warehouse and installed for only 300 Dollars. If they treats you same way you should report them to Better business bureau. And do not give them your service.

Adam and Austin came out today, looked at my furnace and found the problem. Went out to purchase the part needed, came back, replaced the part all in a little over an hour! Excellent experience from everyone I came in contact with today! THANK YOU SO MUCH AAC SERVICES

Melva and Adam are great! They go above and beyond in their work and communication. Replaced an old AC unit at my house just in time for this heat wave and couldn't be happier. Highly recommended for all heating and cooling needs!

Our rental property had no heat and the technician got there the same day. He took pics of the problem and then spent time with me over the phone explaining the issue. Thankfully it was an easy fix. Trying to find a good company when you're 300 miles away is nerve wracking but they made it easy from start to finish.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. AAC has done all my repairs and inspirations. I have never had a problem. Recently the owner Adam came to my house for a repair. Replaced a 4 dollar part and billed me $200.00. 15 mins after he left furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Said he could not come till morning. After freezing from house being 50 degrees. Adam came first thing in the morning the only thing he did right. Said he could not find anything wrong and when I asked if he could just stay to make sure house gets heated up. He said no I have calls to take care off. Long story short furnace shut off again he told my mom that we would have to pay again. I tolder her can't fix it call someone else. Flame fixed right away. I don't know what kind of business you run but you will never get business from me or anyone I know.

Have been using AAC since moving to Madison Heights, have had boiler/furnace and A/C work performed. Prices are always fair, and the service has been fantastic, will definitely continue to recommend and use!

These gentleman get the job done. They are so nice and don't mind my cats trying to help them with the job. We have use them serval times for yearly checkups to upgrades.
Melva, is also very sweet and will help schedule all the appointments.
We will continue to call them every year for our before winter tune ups.

I purchased an older home in Harrison Twp that doesn't have a furnace! I called and Technician came out. Scheduling was easy and he was punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He provided several options to address my heating concerns, and wasn't pushy or overselling me. Overall, a great experience!

Install on 5/16/16. Saul came out and did the a.c. estimate. Very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions thoroughly. I felt the most comfortable with AAC vs. the three companies (Sears, HH&M, Randazzo) I had out for earlier estimates. Saul and Cal did the install. I did research a.c. units. I went with Acx13 Airflow, which is what AAC recommended. The INSTALLER is the most important component When it comes to central air. Although, I am very happy with this unit. It's very quite and seems well made. They did a very clean and professional installation. They went the extra step of repairing and updating ductwork and other out dated components of my ancient furnace to insure there'd be no issues, all at no extra charge. AAC's price was also the lowest of the others. Good job guys!

Helpful and honest, I was told by another company I needed to replace the motor to my furnace. I called AAC and they fixed the issue for less than $100 with a small part. I use them anytime I have heating or cooling issues.

I called for service on a Friday later in the day my air was not cooling. I called and they had someone call me right back and came out the next day being Sat. Adam came out was very helpful and polite. It was a minor problem and he fixed it and checked my freon it was fine. Great job and will call them again.

Adam and Melva are the best. I have used another AC company before I found AAC.I will always use AAC moving forward. Very receptive on the phone. I throw some wild projects at Adam and he figures it out and gets the job done. If you want it done right, call AAC.

They did an inspection on my furnace that my home insurance required. They arrived on time. Took time telling me things about my furnace as he inspected it. Affordable and fair cost. They are now my "go to" for any hvac needs. I highly recommend.

This company's service was amazing, called them, had a technician (Adam) come out and was able to find and fix a couple leaks in my A/C, really quickly, he even found a small gas leak in my furnace and tightened the fitting to fix that too! Had another company recharge it once before, and then when it needed it again a few weeks later, they told me the best option was to replace it, they didn't even try to look for leaks, just said if you have a leak there'll be more leaks probably, and it will be a waste of money (and btw my A/C unit is not old at all). So Adam at AAC decided to fix it and retrofit it to the new refrigerant instead, saving me from getting a entirely new system.

I am not a review person, this is the first I've done on google, so that tells you how impressed I was with this company. After the other company's quote and research, I was going into this thinking I was going to be paying thousands of dollars, instead I saved thousands. Thanks A+

The jabroni that flipped my house did not fully install the brand new AC unit. Then, the jabroni that inspected the house, did not catch this. So I had an entirely useless AC unit sitting in my backyard. AAC came out and thoroughly explained what was missing and what I needed. Their estimate was over $300 cheaper than one of their competitors (Family Heating and Cooling). I also did not have to call them twice to get the estimate like Family, they provided onsite. They got out a week or so later and got the job done for me. Just in time for the 90 degree weather. Thank you AAC!

My sister recommended AAC as she has used them for both her business and personal use. I called AAC due to a water leak that was coming from my air conditioner and was under the impression that I would need a new system due to the age of my existing one. I was pleasantly surprised to learn from Calvin that the hose was clogged and he would replace it with a better hose/set up. He then proceeded to check my system and told me it was fine and that there was no need to upgrade it at this time. I was shocked as I expected him to upsell me. Needless to say, he fixed the problem in 30 minutes and was on his way. I would highly recommend AAC to all of my friends and colleagues in the future and I will certainly call them again if need be. Adam from AAC Heating and Cooling from Madison Heights, MI came over to diagnose and possibly fix my air condition unit that suddenly quite working. I tested most of the components and connections and was uncertain of the problem. I knew one of the components was not working, but wanted to confirm with a professional before buying new parts. I was skeptical with Adam at first as he began his trouble shoot and questioned some of his assertions. Adam stayed patient and kept testing. He was able identify a short that I had trouble sourcing, and figured the problem was bigger than I initially thought. My compressor was broke. Adam saved me time and money trying to fix a few components that would not have fixed the problem. I appreciate his patience and persistence in diagnosing the root cause.

Called on Wednesday and Christina helped scheduling to next Tuesday based on Adam's availability. The boiler issue I had is not super urgent, which is fine.

On Tuesday, Adam came on time and helped identified the problem and fixed my boiler issue. The service call is $149, which I would say a little bit expensive but Adam is able to identify the problems and parts that needs to be replaced quickly.

That's what I need, would recommend to everyone.

AAC handled my furnace issues that occurred at my home & has later fixed my AC unit that was causing some problems. I originally called regarding having a lot of water around my furnace in the summer. Sul came out and right away figured out that it was a frozen coil caused by a dirty air filter. He actually took the time to explain to me why its so important to keep a filter clean and how it actually effects your furnace. Very knowledgeable, friendly & thorough. I highly recommend them.
