Out of 5 plumbers that came out quoted me crazy amounts AND couldnt fix it the same day he fixed the issue for a quarter of the price and got it done in 1.5hrs.

Hello everyone I just wanna share a good review and say something good about this company they are very good they are honest they do professional job and I have them come to my house today and fix my drain and they already did a good job it did not take them 10 or 20 minutes to finish thank u Sam for what u did today.

I love Dr. Laubenthal because they don't just slap on a diagnosis. They really listen to what the patient has to say and they try to find the source. I like that they don't try to put on a band-aid rather than finding a solution to the underlying issue. I also love that Dr. Laubenthal takes parent's instinct into consideration when treating a child. I have been to pediatricians who literally said, "No that's not the issue." Dr. Laubenthal will say, "I don't think that is it, but you are the mom and God gave you instincts so let's look into it," or "This is why it can't be that" and gives me lab data or proof that I am incorrect in my thoughts.

I genuinely trust him to assess, diagnose, and treat my family and me. Here are a couple of other examples:

Dr. Laubenthal successfully diagnosed me with a condition when for years I was told I had something else and needed surgery. I now experience zero symptoms.

Lacey Quarles successfully diagnosed me with pulmonary emboli when it was thought I had pneumonia. I was hospitalized shortly after and told it was caught "just in time."

Absolutely the most caring knowledgeable physician and staff. Dr. Laubenthal is our family physician which includes our daughter with multiple complex medical needs. We greatly appreciate the excellent medical care our family receives.

Terrible waiting time. I waited 3 hours for my appointment, 3 people walked in and said Dr. Laubenthal said to send them back. This happened on 2 appt. Why the preferential treatment? Why make appointments if friends can walk right in? I moved to a great doctor that respects patients time.

Called because they're local and I was having a plumbing issue. This company is using "Premium Home Service" for booking, which means they try to charge you to book an appointment then sign you up for some annual subscription service you never asked for. It's a scam, avoid at all costs.

Highly recommend todd for all your plumbing needs, he came in the evening snaked our drain within 15 minutes, cleaned up the mess and was very professional and polite...10 *STARS*

Called regarding a leaky bathtub faucet and they were out same day to fix. Fantastic service at a reasonable price. Will definitely use their services again if needed.
