Keith is an honest man that will not upsell or trick you into parts or service that you don't need. I've had Essential HVAC Services come out and Keith fixed my air conditioning in less than 15 minutes and for an extremely fair and reasonable price. They sent someone out within an hour of me calling on a very hot day when the air conditioning quit working. Many companies in this industry will overcharge and upsell. You will not get that from Essential HVAC Services. Give them a call, and don't be fooled by the big box companies and their tactics. I will never use anyone other than Essential HVAC Services. After being ghosted by the first company my warranty company sent, they sent Keith out. He was there promptly and had our blower motor replaced that day!! A couple of days later I noticed a sound when the blower turned on, called Keith and he was was back out the next day to recenter the blower in its housing. Couldn't be happier with his prompt attention, and such a great guy! Thank you so much Keith.
