Horrible experience, first off ,the office never answers the phone, or return voice mail.
Plumbing inspection for water heater came , said don't worry about the sticker shock of the estimate. This that and the other will not be needed, but I need to list all possible parts needed. I asked a couple more times, he said absolutely nothing above the water tank needs to be done.
5 days later installer shows up and says all the stuff the inspection guy said was a lie.charged for it all.
Unprofessional, unethical, either way one of these so called professionals lied..
It looks very bad for home services
Tried to call office before posting this review.... guess what ... no surprise.... they didn't answer the phone the few times I called before posting . -

Patrick was AWESOME. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He even educated me on the reason the furnace wasn’t working properly and how to maintain it. Truly a great help and happy we got him.
