Communication was excellent. Jack (Jackson) was on time, polite, explained in detail what a yearly check up for our Generac entailed. Very patient with all my questions! I felt the price was fair for the service provided. Scheduling an appointment was easy.

Best remodel service I could have hoped for. They were patient while answering hundreds of my questions during the planning stage. I was able to change the plans mid demo without a hint of annoyance from the team. Work has begun on time each day. Extra care has been taken to make sure they don't make a mess or damage anything in the house. I will never use anyone else for my plumbing/ electrical needs as long as this company is in business.

Cherry Valley exceeded expectations for replacing my water heater. I noticed water leaking at noon, and decided to text Cherry Valley based on reviews, and that fact that they were local business and close to Caledonia. I texted at 12:30, and had a new water heater installed by 3:30. I know I got lucky with a tech having an opening in my area at that time, but for a company to still make that work means that they are nimble and care about their customers, even if you are a first time customer. I had most of my house repiped from Galvanized to pex with cherry valley. I went with them as they had the best approach to fixing the water pressure to address all other potential problem pounts before invasively cutting out walls. It took some time to gwt on the schedule but was worth the wait, and got the issue resolved as much as possible that will hold us over until we're ready for repiping through the walls to the second floor.
