I woke up to a chilly house only to find out My furnace wasn't coming on. I went

on Google and search for heating and cooling service and up pop this company. It was quarter after 8 AM. They told me they'd have somebody out in 45 minutes. He was here and a 1/2 hour. He did a quick inspection found out. I needed a new circuit board. He didn't have one on hand but he went and got 1 and was back in a 1/2 an hour 15 minutes later. My furnace was running.
. An excellent company.
So glad I found them.

As usual, very good communicators and on time, sometimes earlier. They are friendly and professional. This is my third time having them come out to install something and inspect the furnace they installed a couple years ago. I would recommend them.

Noticed our AC was not working, and found the blower was not running.
Straub made it out to our house within a couple hours and diagnosed. Furnace was shot!
They got this replaced within a week and were,
timely, professional, and very courteous!! Felt like family the way we treated us.
Very pleased to have our furnace back.

Excellent all around. Technician was timely, professional, and knowledgeable. They did all that they could to work with our aging AC system to get us through another year. When the time came to install a new system, Aaron and crew did an excellent job of working with a difficult boiler system and solving multiple issues that arose. Highly reccomended!

I have used Straub Heating and Cooling couple times now. They are always professional. Every repair man that has come out has taken the time to show me and explain the issue going on. Kirk Straub and team are always great and will continue to use them.

We have used Straub Heating and Cooling for both our furnace and central air maintenance for the past 2 years. They have done great work every time they've been here. Aaron G is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We will continue to use Straub for all of our future heating and cooling needs.

Our furnace broke down in the winter. We called Straub and they were here within thirty minutes. Unfortunately our furnace was not repairable. They gave us a reasonable estimate. We ordered a new furnace and they had it installed in a couple of days. All of the service men were polite, respectful and efficient. They were a pleasure to deal and I would highly recommend them!

Octavio (service tech) did a great job. Very professional and fast! He checked and cleaned the furnace in about 30 minutes! Thank you!

I have nothing but great things to say about Straub Heating & Cooling. They were professional, on time, quick, and very easy to work with. They had the best pricing out of the few estimates I got and also the best customer service and communication. I'd definitely recommend their services to anyone who's in need of heating and cooling work.

Great company from what I gather. they accommodated doing furnace checkups and cleans for my furnaces at an out of area duplex I own. They made the no contact aspect of the job very easy and seamless with a comprehensive report and invoice promptly upon finishing the job. They also kept me informed via texts through the process, very impressed and will be using them again.

Our 16 year old AC unit had been struggling and finally froze up. Straub's was able to send someone out the next business day. They added some refrigerant to the system and gave a tip of keeping the coils clean to keep the electrical cost lower, as well as keeping the system healthier.

They are professional, knowledgeable, and will not charge you for work you don't need. Highly recommended!

My husband and I were very pleased with our experience with Straub today. They were the only company that squeezed us in within a few hours of calling where others were quoting a week out. Aaron was very informative, kind and professional. Their fees were also reasonable and service was fast, efficient and corrected the issue. We will definitely be calling in the Fall for our heater maintenance!

Couldn’t be more happy with Straub Heating & Cooling. Our house didn’t have AC so I called several companies to get a quote. I was recommended by many people that we use Straub. Of all the companies I reached out to Aaron was the first to show up and give me a quote. He won the job just with how professional, honest, and kind he was. The fact he showed up and gave us a quote was the main thing. Still to this day I haven’t even heard back from the other companies that I reached out to for s quote. I didn’t care about price at that point I knew I was picking straub. They showed up on install day at the exact time they said they would. 3 man crew knocked the complete AC install out in 1.5 hours. Very affordable price as well. If you want family owned that you can trust, I recommend Straub Heating & Cooling for your needs!

Had an issue with the AC staying at the set temperature a month later. Aaron sent an employee out and the guy diagnosed the issue. Within an hour Aaron himself showed up and fixed it now the house is running at a normal temp. Can’t say enough great things about these guys. Dropped what they were doing to make sure our brand new AC was back up and running properly.

I've used Straub twice now. They exceeded my expectations both times. Aaron was very helpful and made sure I understood what was wrong and how he'd fixed my issues. Highly recommend this local, family owned business!!

The workers showed up on time and installed my new heater at the price discussed. There were non add-ons or surprises. I've found that Straub Heating and Cooling to be a very honest and hard working company. They've services and installed both my heatingband cooling system over the years and always do a great job. Milan Michigan is lucky to have them.

We called Straub Heating and Cooling to service out air conditioning unit and were extremely happy with the service we received. A service worker was sent out right away. Aaron G. was friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our problem, gave us a thorough, understandable explanation and repaired our unit for a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend this company.
