Initially, we were impressed by how quickly the company was able to provide service. Chris, who came to work on our drain issues, was thorough, professional and personable. He went the extra mile to try and address a serious problem. When all his efforts didn't work, he was extremely helpful in explaining what needed to be done to solve the situation and to offer resources for the next steps we need to take.

UPDATE: After Chris' visit to our house, another team from Dynamic Drains came to replace a non-functional exterior house trap for our 100-year-old home. They arrived on time, were very thorough and did a great job.

Caleb and Danny did an excellent job! They showed up on time, explained the problem clearly, and got everything fixed quickly and professionally. They were respectful of the space, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Super knowledgeable, hardworking, and easy to talk to. I’d definitely recommend Caleb and Danny to anyone needing reliable plumbing work.

We had a sewage backup in our basement. Jason was able to come out and clean out the drain that was clogged. He was incredible explaining to us the issue and I feel like we learned a great deal about the plumbing in our house. He was very thorough, clean and solved the issue! He is enthusiastic and wonderful to work with! The company also takes very good care of their employees. There were no sales pitches. Fair pricing for services provided.

Tendi (plumber) just left my home after installing a kitchen sink, garbage disposal along with shut off valves.
Any repair job in this 160+ yr old home is never easy it seams.
The job required some cutting of shelving and trimming sink opening in counter to make everything fit.
Tendi kept me informed every step of the way of everything needing to be done.
His professionalism and vast knowledge for such a young man is astounding.
He obviously has a great work ethic and takes pride in his craft.
He is very friendly and personable.
This was a 5 hour job resulting in a great outcome. I am pleased and am requesting estimates on 3 other plumbing jobs.

I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. They're SO knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and kind. Every person we've interacted with has been dedicated to solving the problem AND explaining to us what was happening, how it should be fixed, and what to expect going forward. Our house is older and the plumbing is quirky as a result; we've had a couple instances where we needed plumbers, and the one time we went with another company, we regretted not going back to these folks here.

Definitely recommend if you want thorough, quality work from folks who'll be honest and compassionate the whole way through.

Dan & Chris showed up to work on my condos’ plumbing. Upon arrival they were very courteous & professional- Always explained what they were doing while working. They worked together and made a great team jumping ideas off one another. I definitely would recommend them and the company as well! You will not regret it!

I had Dynamic Drains come out for an issue with our slow draining bathroom sinks and noisy toilet. They arrived on time and gave me detailed options to fix the problems. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I will absolutely be recommending them to my neighbors for their plumbing needs!

All I can is I called here at 9:30am and bam I got an appointment. Next thing you know at 2pm I get a call from a gentleman of the name of Brian , and I have to be honest. If you are not using dynamic drains and if u do not request Brian something is wrong. This man went above and beyond the service call he showed me the meaning of dynamic drains. A technician was able to come out the same day. Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to walk me through the drain inspection, including recording a video with his explanation of what we're seeing throughout. Also recorded a similar video after the clean out to show the difference. Very impressed at the level of service. Would definitely recommend Dynamic Drains to anyone needing drain/sewer inspection or cleaning.

We've used dynamic drains for multiple jobs big and small. They do excellent service and are usually quite timely. Pricing is reasonable, along the lines of other plumbers in the area. We recently had Chris come to clear a drain and he was friendly, efficient and cleaned everything well. Highly recommended!

Had an issue with a clogged drain. After contacting Dynamic Drains, Chris was on scene quick and promptly. He was professional and respectful with the result of being able to clear the obstruction and get the drain flowing and working as intended. Highly recommend

This was our third time we have reached out to Dynamic Drains (DD), and every single time, the plumbers do an excellent job explaining the problem and fixing it. This time Jason was really great at helping us figure the issue with our clay vs new drain tiles. Last time, Brian scoped our gutter drain system, and was so patient and thorough with his work and at explaining what is going on. The first time we got a service with DD a year ago, a couple of their guys came out, they too, did an excellent job. Their pricing is fair and every one of them is so good at their job. We will be reaching out to Dynamic Drains, if we ever need a plumber.

I had some bad basement flooding happen overnight two days in a row and couldn’t figure out the cause. I ended up pumping it out both mornings and asking their office if they had any last minute availability to come out and look at it. I was lucky that they did, and that they were willing to add me to their schedule on such short notice.

First they sent Caleb who took his time looking over the plumbing and talking through possible causes with me. He thought that the sewer line needed to be cleaned out(he didn’t have the equipment with him). Caleb called back his dispatch to see if they had anyone available for today/tomorrow, and they were able to send Chris over with the equipment within the hour.

Chris got to my house, touched base with me on the situation, looked over the drain and sewer line, and was able to run the equipment and clean out my line to the city. He stayed till almost 6 to finish the job and clean up.

Everyone I have spoken to at Dynamic Drains has been kind, professional, and helpful. I really appreciate their willingness to get someone here as fast as they did, and it saved me another morning of pumping water out of my basement. I would recommend them to anyone in their service region.

This is the best plumbing service around! Family owned, honest and hardworking. Owner Bob & his son Drew are dedicated to getting the job done right. Service Manager Josh helped on our job as well. Our water was out due to freezing pipes and other problems. Drew was quick to find the problems and fix them. He really went above and beyond to get everything repaired & working better than ever before. We have other minor jobs to do, plus replacing some old pipes under the house. We will definitely be calling on Dynamic Drain for all our plumbing needs in the future!!

I had the sewer pipes scoped and filmed to inspect for damage and possible replacement. Chris walked me through the plan ahead of time and explained what we were seeing on the monitor during the process. He was friendly, informative and made it all easy to understand. They came very highly recommended and now I understand why.

Tandy was professional, helpful and thorough! Fixed my sink and installed a new water heater...made great suggestions to have it last longer with well water. I found Dynamic Drains by accident on my neighborhood Facebook group and Reddit. My main drain gets tree roots. The last plumbers was out 5 months ago and clearly didn’t know what they were doing because the water backed up again. Brian explained why he wanted to use the camera. He used the camera and we saw tons of roots in the line. He also confirmed the house does not have Orangeburg pipe! Was well worth it to pay extra to use the camera. I am going to take his recommendation and start calling
DD for annual maintenance cleanings since this is an old house. I’d rather pay $295 or so each year for preventative maintenance than thousands to replace the main line pipe unnecessarily. I highly recommend this business for plumbing needs.

Amazing experience with Dynamic drains. I had a major clog and over flow into my bathroom and made the call and was able to get on the schedule same day. Brian was my technician, not only did he communicate very well but kept me informed on all issues and what to look for. He was very thorough in his diagnosis and was able to get everything fixed within a couple hours. Highly recommend this company and will use them for any future issues.
