Started up the AC on the first hot day just to see if it was good to go for the summer. Didn't work. I emailed Straub Sunday night and Monday morning received a call back. They were out to my house within 30 minutes, fixed the problem (a mouse chewed through 2 wires), and I wasn't even late for work. Excellent Service! Friendly technician! Wasn't even expensive! Five stars Straub!

Called Straub Heating & Cooling and was responded to kindly and promptly. Aaron came to my house and found the problem with my furnace quickly. He happened to have the part needed to fix it and replaced it and had my heat up and running and the job complete within 20 minutes. He was friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I thought I needed a hot water heater, called the office, and Aaron came right over! He fixed the problem and told me I didn’t need a new one. He could very easily told me otherwise.

I had an issue noticing a faint smell of gas local to my furnace and via one register in my upstairs master bedroom albeit, my furnace was functional. The issue seemed to be a one off problem so I requested preventative maintenance service to check that all was well.

First visit was well communicated and timely to perform maintenance and the issue was not replicable turning the furnace off and on multiple times.

Following day or two I noticed the very faint smell had returned and Straub sent out a technician to perform additional diagnostics at no cost to me to identify the fault, with a follow up call to communicate to me the most likely faulty component and also to inform me of possible warranty options to save me money.

My warranty was up and I was offered a same day repair and the quote was offered at standard part cost and I was given a deal on labor which I hadn’t need to even ask for.

Communication was very informative, effective, and cost was completely fair so I’m super pleased with everything. I’m an avid study of Google reviews and encourage others to research before paying for in home services and Straub was listed as top tier and I got exactly that. Highly recommend their services for your needs.

This was a daunting process, so many steps. ripped out old units, rerouting vents, making the system take up less space and be more efficient, needed a crane for the ac on top of a commercial building, repaired floors/stand for furnace. They explained everything they were going to do, and did it with ease. Super skilled team!

To prevent my family from being miserable all weekend during this heat wave, Aaron Straub literally put down his lunch and drove straight over. He found a mice had chewed wires in my condenser and blew the fuses. He removed their carcasses, made the necessary repairs in minutes, fired up the unit and got it going!
