The knowledge and skills were amazing. The Sears technicians are the best I've ever had to deal with. The price of parts needed are crazy high but that's just the way things are now. If I were to buy brand new, it would have cost me double.
Hopefully I won't need anything fixed in the future but if I do, I will call Sears.
Thank you. -

Seth and the techs that came out were awesome, however, their business model and automated system absolutely sucks. It took over 3mo for my washer to actually be fixed, you can never actively speak to anyone, and if you call to complain to them, be prepared to be hung up on because they absolutely do not give a crap. We had a part stolen in the mail it was lost states away from me, and yet it took 3 weeks before a tech finally came out, and got the part reordered, then my appt was scheduled, rescheduled, rescheduled again, and today they showed up to install a full 3wks later....as a company they absolutely are awful to work with.
Again. The techs are great. But the overall workings of the company suck. They place too many appts on the techs in a day that they can't get to, and from what the techs said they can't see their next appt til they finish the current one so they don't have a way to actually contact you earlier in the day to tell you, so you literally waste your whole day waiting, just for your appt to be automatically rescheduled by an automated system.
