I recently hired ST Construction & Son to build a 2,900-square-foot house in Monroe, Michigan. I couldn't be more pleased with the results! From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, skill, and attention to detail.
The communication was excellent, with daily updates and 24/7 access to text messages and phone calls. Always ready to provide clear explanations. The project was completed in six months and within the agreed budget, which is a testament to their efficiency and planning.

Before building a new house, I hired ST Construction & Son to repair my parent's home in Monroe, Michigan. The construction involved repairing leaky basement walls. They did a great job installing the drainage around the house and the sump pump to the basement floor. The experience was identical as described above. This job strengthened my trust and determination to hire them to build the new house.
