Justin did a great job. Very personable and professional. He completed the heater winter service and walked me through the settings on my fireplace. He Is the technician I will definitely ask for in the future. Great job.

After the recent flooding, we called Bush to come out and assess our submerged, non-functioning 4 year old water heater. We called the original company in Monroe that had installed it, but they seemed to have no sense of urgency for a returning customer and said we’d be “put on a wait list,” with no estimated timeline and eventually, no call back. Justin B. from Bush came out next day and attempted to troubleshoot the hot water heater, but not without finding 3 concerning things wrong / missed with the install from the original company. He took the time to explain all of the things they missed, and in regards to the damaged water heater, it was not able to be repaired so we had to replace with new. Within the same day, a few hours later, they were able to provide a detailed estimate and statement of work. At no point was there any pressure to sign anything and he took the time to answer any questions we had. Jacob B. and Michael P. were able to come and install the new water heater within 2 days. They were on time for the install, professional, and explained everything they would be doing step-by-step and answered any questions I had before starting. I appreciate them taking the time to explain everything and ensuring that a quality product was accurately installed in our home. Save yourself the headache and hassle and avoid these other HVAC companies in Monroe, this company and the people employed here are the real deal and actually take pride in their work!
