I cannot begin to describe my elation! Thats right, I said ELATION!! Lol. Seriously, the level of service, courtesy, punctuality, and price was beyond my wildest expectations! I now have a heating/cooling guy! Not only did James fix the problem, but we talked about future work without any "hard sell" and he showed me several ways to lower my future energy bills. 10 stars out if 5!

Their tech Joe was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue with my furnace quickly. I'd highly recommend complete home comfort!

Joe called and said he was running a little early and asked if he could come sooner than the scheduled time. Got here and after talking about the problem he knew exactly what was going wrong. Got the problem resolved, performed normal maintenance, and explained everything. He and Complete Home Comfort are a total class act, I’d recommend them to anyone!!!!

Jeremy was super friendly, and professional, he diagnosed the issue quickly but didn't have the correct replacement part so he got our furnace running enough for us not to freeze and returned with the part within a few days. We had a great experience when we had our new furnace and A/c installed a great repair experience.

This is one of those companies that I wish I could give more than 5 stars too. Complete Home Comfort always does a really stand up job. These guys are honest, diligent, and kind. Inviting someone into your home is also a bit nerve-racking but I will definitely only use Complete Home Comfort for all AC/ Furnace needs.

James (Junior) is a true professional. He was timely and communicative. He recommended a service plan rather than just this one time visit, which will benefit my family in the long run.

James came in, listened to me and knew exactly what the problem was before he sat down and started working. Fixed my years long standing furnace problem in under 5 minutes and explained to me how to perform some routine maintenance and replace the faulty part all for $99. Three other companies have tried and completely failed to do what James did in under five minutes costing me close to $1000 over the years. You can’t beat that with a stick!

Complete Home Comfort has earned my business from now on and I’ll recommend them to anyone that asks moving forward. You can bet they’ll be working on my father’s ancient boiler soon!

Joe performed the service we contracted brilliantly. It was a small job, and Complete Home Comfort went out of their way to help. They are on speed dial now!!!

Joe was great at explaining everything with details. He provided me with a chemical wash on my package unit and it looks brand new again. Very respectful of our property and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely recommend!

Update: Jeremy came out to service and inspect our funnace he was amazing. Furnace should be in good shape for winter thanks to his professional services. Would definitely recommend!

Kalim was amazing! He got our furnace and hot water heater repaired in a timely matter! He explained everything that needed repaired and the cost of it! He was very courteous! I would highly recommend this company!!

Jeremy was great, very knowledgeable. He understood what I was trying to accomplish from the start and did everything in his power to complete it to an above and beyond point of completion. Also along they way educating me on the ins and outs of my system.

Jeremy was very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to setting up our Nest thermostat. When it popped an error code a few hours after he left, he helped me understand what had happened. Wonderful service, excited to see them again next season!

Extremely professional and competent tech

Jeremy was the sales rep and he was cordial, polite, very honest and thorough. Mark and Trent were the technicians that removed the old furnace and installed the new furnace. They were very respectful, kind, hard working. They explained the system very well and we now have a very warm and cozy house. Thank you Complete Home Comfort for giving us heat for the winter and for a job very well done!!!

Furnace had a hiccup. Tech-Kalim came out on time with a smile on his face. Took care of the issue. Was professional and polite. These guys are awesome and would recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.
