All around great company! Very respectful team with a ton of knowledge! Called the office for service on my old unit that was unserviceable and had a brand new boiler/water heater combo installed and completed less than 30 hours later.

Jeremy was very professional and friendly. He came to my home, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable with the process. He sent me the estimate promptly and was easy to communicate with. Although the work hasn’t been done yet, my first impression has been excellent

Had a routine HVAC inspection. James called ahead of time to let me know that he was on the way, and was courteous and professional. He cleaned up inside the furnace and checked the gas pressure to ensure that everything was running well. Very happy with Complete Home Comfort and would highly recommend them to everyone.

This review is 100 percent focused on the hard labor that was completed on my house. I want to state that here in this review. I had 4 contractors arrive right on schedule and begin work. 2 of them started taking out the outside unit, while the other two completed the downstairs. The day before it rained all day, so I just assumed I would have mud everywhere. That was not the case. They laid a sheet down and cleaned up every speck of mud from my walk in and basement stairs. The outside area looked so cleaned up you would've thought it was a picture from a magazine. Every time I had a question they were quick to answer it without making me feel stupid. They were respectful and detailed. As they were putting in the thermostat the one contractor noticed it only had 4 wires so he sent another to the store to pick up a 5 wire and rewired my entire wall so it was safe. The spot where he worked was so clean when he was finished you could've eaten off the floor. They walked me through everything they did so I knew exactly how to operate. I got a business card from one of them because for the next ten years I only want them to come out and service it. They were all truly amazing men! Thank you from the Penquites!

James and Isiah where absolutely Great, explaining what they were doing. I learned so much about the air in our house. The pictures are great. I will be showing these to US Insulation when they come in two weeks to insulate the house.

James will come back after the insulation is done and retest the house. We are so glad we let them do this Blower Door Test.

Okay I don't do reviews but these guys deserve it. They were simply amazing. From the first estimate to the end of my repair. They were super polite, very efficient. They arrived at my place earlier then expected and incidentally left earlier than expected as well. My home is now nice and warm and I can't say enough good things about them

The guys came out in company vehicles & company wardrobe, looking proffesional. They explained any questions i had, they worked like a well oiled machine. I will definately refer them to others

Couldn’t be happier! The guys were on time and sufficient when there. New furnace in about 4 hours. I am so happy we decided to go with Complete Home Care, no one wants to replace their furnace but when you have to, choose the best!!

I called with not only no heat but frozen pipes as well. A service tech was able to come out with two hours and was able to get the system up and running. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great job!

I had an unexpected repair with my furnace this morning, called and James came out first thing. He was able to replace the inducer motor in a very timely manner, he was professional, extremely knowledgeable & very polite! I highly recommend Complete Home Comfort for any heating and cooling services you may need, ask for James!

Jeremy showed up on short notice. I came home from vacation Friday afternoon & house was 32 degrees. Thank goodness I had the foresight to shut the water off b4 I left. No idea what problem was as I have older furnace. He came in, diagnosed & safety checked & yay - seems it’s a thermostat issue. Relatively easy resolution!. Jeremy was very polite, personable and we trusted him since he took time to explain everything. When we are ready to upgrade to a new furnace, this is the company. 5 stars!!
