We have been more than satisfied in the 8 years we have patronized this business to service our furnaces. They respond quickly and have been able to provide same-day, honest service at reasonable rates.

We have used Miller newtec on two occasions and service has been prompt . The technicians have been knowledgeable and explain what is required and why. Charges are fair and work completed with satisfaction in one visit.

Al at Millers Nu Tech was prompt and did an excellent install to fix my plumbing issue today.

I just had a furnace replaced in a rental property, Poor communications on scheduling for this job and getting the city inspection completed, Miller's Nu-Tech is merging with Master Craft, so now you call a Detroit phone number and wait for an operator to answer.

Service was quick, considering the heat we have now. Just called for the annual checkup on our boiler system, but got a four day turn around on the appointment. Joe, our helpful technician was efficient and answered my questions. Thank you!

We are Blessed to have Cameron come and do yearly maintenance on our Lennox, he was very knowledgeable, quick and far most answered questions and hoped us with reprogramming our thermostat that previously was changed by a tech.

The guys here are great. Bumped into one of their Techs at a local supply store looking for a size of ductwork that was so old you can't buy it anymore. He told me that their shop will make it for me. Brought them some sample pieces and explained what I wanted. The new pieces fit on the old like a glove and I couldn't be happier with the finished product.

Unbelievable service. They even brought my trash can back up my driveway! Techs are clean, friendly and knowledgeable. They happily answered my questions and when I sprung a surprise job, they didn't flinch. Just did the job with a smile. Highly recommended!

Have done business with Miller's twice. Both times the results were excellent! The last experience they installed a garbage disposal and it turned out to be noisy called first thing the next morning and they sent a tech within an hour and fixed the problem. Good organization and we will do business with them in the future.

Miller Nu-Tech did a great job as usual. After a high quality boiler install at the house last year, they installed a propane heater unit in my warehouse. Excellent quality and service, thank you guys! Great job!

Had a new furnace installed today,installers were prompt, curtious and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns. The office staff was also very helpful in getting the furnace financed. Anyone seeking heating, a.c or plumbing concerns I highly recommend this company for their services.

$Pricey$ offered same day service, charges additional 100.00 per hour, diagnosis fee did not go toward cost of repair. Would have been good to know when scheduling. You come out better renewing with a home warranty company.

I had this company install a humidifier. It took a couple trips to my house which was no problem. I didn't get any added humidity so I had to call the guy back. After he left I found a water leak. The water leaks could have ruined my wood floor had I not noticed them right away. Just not happy overall. When I called back about not getting humidity in my house, the lady was really giving me a hard time that answers the phone. She's not very nice either. I explained to her that I bought a hygrometer and there was only 24% humidity in my house and I didn't pay all that money for 24% humidity. She just could have been nicer.
