Not happy so far with servicing an under warranty AC unit. The install was great, fast great price....but when servicing, took almost $1000.00 to figure out the problem, extra coolant, and I had to ask if the technicians hour lunch break was my responsibility because it was included in the billing time. In addition they charge you hourly rate for traveling time. We will see how things go with the 4th scheduled trip to test the system.

Dylan is the man! I’m very pleased with the quality of his work. It’s hard to find people that truly care about the job these days and want to make sure that you’re satisfied with the results of the work being done before leaving. Dylan is very knowledgeable, polite, professional and honest. He took the time to do the job right and answered all my questions along the way. I’ve been a customer of Sieb my whole life and they have always been the #1 go to for me when it comes to anything plumbing or HVAC related. I have more work lined up for the near future, so I’ll definitely be requesting him if I’m given the option. If you have work completed by Dylan, you won’t be disappointed.
