Great experience! Quick response. Technician James Lloyd was a very informative and friendly person. He took time to really explain solutions for my ac issue. I will definitely be a return customer and will be requesting James again.

Connor and his apprentice did a great job changing the water valve and fixing the toilet. They went above and beyond getting our water turned back on. Especially when it was late on Friday before Labor Day weekend 👏👏!!

The techs came to my home and did a superb job! They fixed my problem in less time than I thought they would. William kept me informed of the progress and suggested what I can do to help my situation. Pricing was reasonable. Very polite techs and I recommend them if you have any plumbing issues!

The work was done, professionally and expertly done in the cleanup of the workspace and everything was clean. The technician was polite and courteous, and did a great job. If I had any more work, I would request this technician very much thank you.

Victor was great! They came same day, and very quick and efficient. The only issue I had was the call center. I am not sure they were real people I was talking to however, very awkward and did not communicate well their timeline of arrival. If I had any suggestion, get a new call center. The plumbers were top notch though!

Edwards Plumbing and Heating was great! They got out to my property very promptly and they were very professional! My technician, Kyle St. John worked with me and my schedule to clean out my 4” sewer line. He did a great job being honest and helpful to all of my questions. Very fairly priced service that I was extremely happy with! However, though the dispatch/customer support was very helpful, I feel they need to make notes or something. Because I had to explain a couple of times what was needed before and during the job. It would also be nice if a technician had a phone that went directly to them instead of through their customer support team first.
But if you receive service from Mr. St. John you’ll be in good hands. I can’t say enough good things about his professionalism and service. All in all, I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!

Connor displayed great work ethic and attitude throughout the service. Stayed until the job was completed. Was not expecting to have the replacement completed that same day! Connor and his guy went above and beyond. Wish I could give more stars!

The tech that showed up to help identify a leak in our plumbing came out on very short notice. He was knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem and fixed it immediately. He was very professional and we couldn’t have asked for better service at a very reasonable price considering it was late in the evening when it occurred. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing or drain issues and we are highly satisfied with the tech, who was outstanding, and the overall service!

The technician was quick but I have to say 250.00 for less than 30 minutes is a bit extreme.

Michael Price did an amazing job! Same day service and the price was reasonable. He was able to unclog my kitchen sink and got the water moving again after I failed trying everything! He also made a great reccomendation for maintenance moving forward 👏 Reccomend Michael to anyone looking for fast and friendly service. Truly an asset to the company.

A little behind when it came for the time slots but once the tech arrived (Connor Riblett) he was extremely quick and professional and explained everything perfectly!

Two guys came to the house smelling like marijuana and I have a 8 month old at home. They don’t go over pricing , just went with their most expensive option. I will not use this service again.

Spent all day going back and forth with representatives for no one to be ready to show up for the appointment I requested. Instead they showed up four hours early, and blamed me for not being ready at my appointment time. terrible experience. Then someone proceeded to text and argue with me about my appointment situation afterwards.
