Elite Air installed my furnace and central air new unit. I had some trouble recently with the furnace. They found it to be a manufacture problem. They quickly ordered a new part, got it installed within a couple of days at no charge to me. They are always professional, and very friendly and explain to level I can understand. And they put up with my 3 huge dogs! I recommend them with confidence on fb when ever I see anyone looking for heat or air help. My daughter has also had her heat and air unit installed and is very happy with there work! Thanks guys keep up the good work.

The heat in our condominium association lobby went out on a Tuesday night during the bitter cold artic blast. Brandon, the owner, came to service our building at 8:30 at night in treacherous road conditions. That was above and beyond my expectations. It was determined that we needed a new HVAC. His team came within a day to do install. The HVAC is in a ceiling which is not an easy install. Brandon & his team made sure that little to no damage was done to the metal in between the ceiling panels. Our association is grateful for the outstanding service from Elite Air!

Great Experience with Brandon!
Quickly diagnosed the issue with our furnace, and was able to repair right away. On top of that was even able to write me a quote for a water heater, and show me the way of going about getting a new one through them with installation. Would highly recommend and will use again 100%.

Was having trouble with our mini splint units and called Elite Air and they got us scheduled the following morning. While chatting with the technician found out they were running a little light on technicians due to vacations and he was the owner of the company. That there tells me a lot about a company! They didn’t push us out until they had a full staff, he came out and fixed our problem and took the time to explain things to us. Such nice people to work with, from the office to the technician! I highly recommend them!! If you should need any heating or cooling work done this should be your first (and only) call. Thank you so much for all you did!!

Couldn't be more impressed with Elite. Brandon went above and beyond after another company tried to take advantage of our situation. We will definitely be using Elite in the future for all our heating and cooling needs. And will be recommending them to all our friends and family.

We added an addition to the house and as part of the addition, we added central air. There were a lot of moving parts to make it happen and my point of contact, Brittney Nuvill, was beyond helpful. All of my questions and concerns were taken care of near immediately. Would highly recommend

We woke up and our furnace wasn't working. I called Elite Air Heating and Cooling. They came and fixed my furnace that day. The technician who came out was great! He explained everything to me, got the work done right away, and was friendly. I will definitely be using them for any future issues I have. I highly recommend. My furnace wasn't working correctly and I had a simple question that I needed to ask a technician before scheduling someone to come in and fix. I called 2 other Heating and Cooling companies before calling this one. The first two had no technicians available to answer my simple question. Elite transferred me to a technician, he spent 5 minutes talking to me. He answered my question and it was an easy fix.

No, I didn't have to dispatch them, but know that I will if/when I need service.
