Elite Air installed my furnace and central air new unit. I had some trouble recently with the furnace. They found it to be a manufacture problem. They quickly ordered a new part, got it installed within a couple of days at no charge to me. They are always professional, and very friendly and explain to level I can understand. And they put up with my 3 huge dogs! I recommend them with confidence on fb when ever I see anyone looking for heat or air help. My daughter has also had her heat and air unit installed and is very happy with there work! Thanks guys keep up the good work.

The Tech that came out was knowledgeable and honest which I appreciate a lot. My only complaint would be that he didn’t have enough Freon to completely fill my system back up. I appreciate that he told me he didn’t have enough to completely fill me up. My concern is that if I have to call them back I will have to pay the 99 dollar diagnostic all over again when if the system was fully charged it may by me more time before paying the service diagnostic fee again ( plus I believe if a system is fully charged it runs more efficiently and effectively) Overall honesty is a huge thing for me and I the tech was great and recommended other fixes that I opted to risk it on that may bite me in the butt later. I’m thankful for the options and I would most definitely use Elite Air again just hoping if I need a refill again I don’t get hit with a diagnostic charge. Everyone that’s reading this needs to understand I was very happy with the service and also needs to understand that just having a professional come and fix your system has a cost with it. Just like any other professionals out there. Thank you Elite Air

The heat in our condominium association lobby went out on a Tuesday night during the bitter cold artic blast. Brandon, the owner, came to service our building at 8:30 at night in treacherous road conditions. That was above and beyond my expectations. It was determined that we needed a new HVAC. His team came within a day to do install. The HVAC is in a ceiling which is not an easy install. Brandon & his team made sure that little to no damage was done to the metal in between the ceiling panels. Our association is grateful for the outstanding service from Elite Air!
