We have used AHC in our business and they were the ones that installed all of our HVAC. Our experience has always been great. They are extremely professional, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We have used them for our boiler in one of our properties and they were one of the few companies that actually do that type of work. We plan to continue to use them and recommend them for all our HVAC needs.
We called to see if we could get a tech out to check out our furnace that had a weak flame signal. From the second that Diane picked up the phone, she was rude. This is the second time we’ve had to call them in the last year or two and she answered both times and was rude as hell both times. I’m pretty sure it’s the owners wife. Seems like she would understand that it’s the people that call them that also help pay their bills. Very unprofessional.

We have used this company for the 15 years we have owned this home. My husband recently returned from military deployment and called for service because our furnace is not heating our home above 55 degrees and needs service. The woman who answered the phone was dismissive, rude, and openly mocking of my husband. She offered a technician to come out in three weeks. We want to support local, but this was an unacceptable customer service interaction.
