Tree reviews in Muskegon, Michigan

Grateful I went with Acme. I had a very large project where I needed approximately 20 trees removed. This included trees next to the street, felling trees in the backyard, dead trees that were in very tight positions between neighbors house and ours, using buckets and cranes etc - didn't matter the story they handled it with care.
Derek walked the project with me prior to start and at completion to ensure accuracy.

For extra clarity, I got bids from a few other companies to ensure I was selecting what fit my needs. Go ahead and get yours on projects, but for me moving forward - I'll skip any other bids and go straight to them.

Only negative I'd say was I had to follow up with the office for my quote and schedule date. But office staff was very kind. This small inconvenience wasn't worth taking away a star based on their performance.

Great tree service

Great work.

Nobody followed up with our request for an estimate

They don't call you back. Called them five times

Great work from great people!

Fast and good, when done other then tree gone you can't even tell they were there at all, very impressed....

This company has always been the best price and there service has always been fantastic

Very professional, work safety and organized are a priority for them. Will be using them again

Professional and good pricing. Really happy with the work they did.

Called them twice about a tree removal, both times they blew me off. Weird if you ask me. What business turns down business?

The guys did an amazing job! I would definitely call them again.

Professional work, removal and clean up superb. Very satisfied customer.

Highly recommend

Terrible, called 5 times for a tree removal..Never a return call.. Very unprofessional... Call Dale's Tree Service immediate response..

What a terrific service. I had a dead tree hanging over my driveway, and they came and took it down without any damage . I highly recommend them.

Used this company multiple times in the past. Now can't get a return phone call. Been trying for 5 months.

Acme did a great job on a difficult tree removal project. They worked very efficiently and did a great job cleaning up.

Price: 5 stars
Quality of work: 4 stars (dropped branch on power line and pulled it off the utility pole and didn't seem to notice or care at first)
On-timeness: 2 star (tree removal and tree removal were both multiple days late
Communication: 0 stars (I tried calling for weeks to get put on their schedule. They finally called me back saying I was on the schedule to whole time. Called them after their no show on day of tree removal and always get the same response from the secretary "we'll have them give you a call" they never call you back. Absolutely terrible communication and extremely frustrating to deal with)

But they have good prices and they did good work (when they finally showed up)

Did a nice job taking a tree out but failed to do follow up work as paid for. Don't pay them til its all done!

Outstanding work! Two large oak trees removed in less than three hours. Very courteous and efficient team of guys. Clean up was great. All for a very reasonable price.

Removed a dead tree from between 2 houses and around alot of power lines. Made a difficult job look easy. The clean up was beyond great! Will definitely call them again for future tree removal.
