We were able to get service the same day of the call. And John was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again if needed. I can’t speak on price because they were called by Consumers Energy, the appliance program we belong to.

A & C Heating & Cooling LLC provided me with outstanding furnace tune-up service on 9/5/25. I called my Appliance Service Plan with Consumers’ Energy for my annual gas burning heating units’ maintenance tune-up. They scheduled Brad from A & C Heating & Cooling LLC to perform the maintenance service. Brad arrived promptly the same day, checked out and tuned the two furnaces and also cleaned up the soot and carbon deposits in the igniters and flame sensors in them. Brad was efficient, competent, friendly and helpful and did an excellent job. Thank you, Brad. I highly recommend him for heating equipment maintenance services and I will call on him again for future maintenance needs.

I have used A&C Heating & Cooling several times. My heat completely stopped working in the middle of winter and a tech came right out and fixed the problem within minutes.

In the past I know trying to get a water heater and someone to install it into a manufactured home can be quite pricey and a lot of people don't like to do it.
James told me I understand my company that I work for. Does this stuff. Let me see what I can do. Before James left we already had it scheduled to have someone to come and bring me the new water heater the next day.
Brad and Jeramie arrived the next day. They did an amazing job taking out the old water heater. which it did give them a hard time but their attitudes were amazing. They were able to install my new one and go through everything that they did and answered all of my questions. I would definitely be calling A&C heating and cooling if I have any problems with other appliances.❤️

The technician was excellent. He really knew what he was doing, and I had confidence in him. He kept in touch with me since the property he was at was a rental property and I wasn’t there. He kept me informed every step of the way.

Excellent first experience with this company. I called around 2pm and a tech was out within a few hours on a weekend. The communication from start to end was top notch. Robert was very kind and more than willing to explain my problem in depth and show me the process of fixing it. He was thorough and got the job done quickly. Will absolutely be calling them again!!
