The girls are thorough and quick. Having them gives me time to work on other projects. I have recommended them to 2 other family members. Kathy was by herself at my last cleaning. She paid attention to my requests and followed through on them. Even though she was alone everything was done to our satisfaction including base boards. Another great clean from Kathryn #3. I try to not have my woodstove too hot, but i dropped the ball today and she had to work in an overly hot house! She never complained. And, as always, is super sweet and playful with my dogs ❤️

Friendly, professional staff. For the first clean, I paid extra for a deep clean. They did an amazing job. I am now on a two-week rotation schedule. It is so nice. I should have started this years ago. The app is easy to use for changes to my schedule. The ladies who come to the house are always very nice and efficient. Thumbs up!

I have used the Cleaning Authority of Macomb for about a year. They come twice a month and do a great job. They are always friendly and great with my dogs too. I would recommend them. Patty and Sarah came just this week and the house looks really nice afterwards.

I am so happy every other week when I know that my house is going to be cleaned. It's such a great feeling to walk in and know I didn't do a thing and my house is spotless. When I am home as I have been lately, Veronica is always very friendly and professional. She works by herself usually, but does as well as when it has been a team. I feel comfortable knowing she is in my home. I hope she is an appreciated employee, she definitely deserves a pat on the back.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority and the same team- Team 2 Kathryn and Sarah- for over a year now. I can't say enough good things about these two! They do a fantastic job every clean, and are consistent in their work. I have never been able to get my shower door as clean as they do. I love the rotating "deep clean" system that TCA uses. Thank you Kathryn and Sarah- as a busy working mom of two littles, you don't know what coming home to a clean house means to me!

I was very pleased with the cleaning job that was performed by Bryanna C., Paige S. and Shannon G. They are very professional and take pride in what they clean. They work as a team and complete their assignments in a timely manner. I appreciate having the three of them which allows them the opportunity to be in and out within 1 1/2 hours. So far, very good. Although there are different teams (or 1 person) almost each time, they are professional, conscientious, and prompt to know things about what I expect. I’m glad I called to The Cleaning Authority to help!

I am so happy with my cleaning experience with The Cleaning Authority. I love that they have an app that notifies you when the team is on their way and Jessie C. and Kathy from team #7 never disappoint. They are professional, friendly, and respectful of my home. I appreciate seeing Jessie C. on a regular basis because I know she understands my cleaning needs and has knowledge of my home to get started promptly. I have used other cleaning services in the past, and TCA is the best.

I’ve been a client for two years. The office staff is responsive to my needs and flexible if I ever need to reschedule. The cleaning staff is professional, friendly and thorough. Team #7, the Jesseies (lol), is the best! I can’t express how much I appreciate these girls coming into my home of 5 people, picking up kids toys and cat toys, taking care with my silly knick knacks and decorations and leaving my house clean and tidy. Cleaning day is my favorite day of the week! 😊
