The company sent someone out right away for my issue. Naseem did a great job! He was thorough and polite, and he answered all of my questions. The work was done quickly and I truly appreciate the hard work that Naseem put into my job. I would call Gurr Brothers again in the future!

Naseem was awesome. I needed my panel worked on to pass an inspection so I gave these guys a call. Naseem came and fixed what I knew needed work but found some other issues that needed addressing.

He rewired my ac properly to the panel, he did some general repair on the panel to bring it up to code, he fixed the service entrance support so it wouldnt come off my house, and he inspected the work Ive already done myself.

He did a great job and was very efficient, explained everything to me, and I have more peace of mind today.

    Definately recommended.

Naseem came over to our house for an estimate and then again to complete the project, and we have nothing but good things to say about his work and professionalism. He provided feedback on best locations for outlets and electrical changes to minimize drywall impact, stayed late to make sure the work was done on the day he provided as the completion date, and was extremely kind and generous with our daughter. We felt comfortable having Naseem in our home and are very pleased with his professional electrical work and work ethic.

Great experience working with this company, they were very timely in getting me an estimate and scheduling the work to get done. Naseem helped us out at our home getting an ev charger installed. Not only was he efficient, but kind and didn’t oversell me on anything. He was respectful and offered multiple solutions. Even working with a last minute change to the plan, he was still able to accommodate our needs. Overall I would highly recommend Gurr brothers, and specifically Naseem if you are looking for honest work!

Naseem is truly exceptional. Not only is he one of the kindest, most professional people you’ll meet, but he absolutely knows his craft inside and out. From start to finish, I felt completely taken care of.

His attitude is positive, attentive, and reassuring, which is rare to find alongside such expertise. The entire experience with the company was seamless and impressive because of Naseem. It’s very unusual these days to find this level of service and integrity. Highly recommend.

Let me count the reasons you should NOT use this company.
It all started in February, 2025. I called Gurr brothers electrical out to figure out why my stove stopped working and why my dishwasher was fried. I think it was around $275 an hour just to diagnose the problem. I had quite a bit of work to be done including a box upgrade so it came out to around $350ish just to diagnose the problems.
The first visit went fine, they had a quote for me pretty quickly, which was running about 9k for the box upgrade and 6 lines ran. I got them back out April 11th. They were supposed to send two electricians, one to run lines, and one to do the box upgrade. One showed up and said the other would join later. He never did. Also the tech that showed up did not seem very confident. He was doing the box upgrade which I had asked to upgrade to a 200 amp box. I heard him on the phone outside talking to his boss and heard him mention a 150 amp box. I went out to check and yes he brought the wrong box. We are already 3 hours into the appointment, and have already spent over $350 to just call this company out in the first place. I should have sent him home then. We talked about my future plans for the house and he ensured me that 200 amps would be overkill. I let him keep working. He finishes up and I pay 3200 for the 150 amp box. I had heard him talking to his boss again about the transfer box for my generator, he admitted that he forgot I had one. I heard his boss on speaker phone say it should be ok to run the 100 amp transfer box with the 150 amp breaker. The tech said it should be fine, but call if there's any issues. (Keep this in mind for later.) I had asked if there was a price difference. He said there wasn't much of a price difference. Im gonna jump ahead here and just let you know I had to ask the receptionist 4 different times about this price difference. They overcharged me $300 that I did not get back until June.
So since the other tech never showed we still needed lines ran, I make an appt for April 22nd. The same tech comes out. He cant get through a wall to run a line because of a backsplash and brick on the otherside. Thats ok I get it, it wasn’t super necessary.
Then in another part of the house where there is multiple rooms on one circuit, he could not get them apart so he couldn’t run those extra lines. He was able to separate one room from that mess. Annoying, but he ensures me its not an issue. I ask him to label the box he put in last time, but when he left I noticed he did not.
So we did 3 lines and a box upgrade for about 6k. Later that night I notice my bathroom light is not working. So I call them to make another appt for May 5th.
May 5th They don’t show up, his car is broke.
May 12th he got in an accident
May13th the receptionist scheduled me the wrong day
May 15th the tech quit and the other tech got in a car accident
May 29th no call, no show, wont answer my phone calls, mind you I stay awake after night shifts for all of these appts. I had to leave a bad review for the owner to get back to me. He assures me that he will have a tech out June 5th.
The tech comes out and gives me my refund for the overcharged box and quickly fixes the light. No problems. But about a week later my power goes out and my generator is not working.
I had to put this nonsense on hold for a little bit to take care of my mom but I called them to have an appt Aug 14th for the generator. He has a health issue and doesn't show up.
Aug 18th I get them back out. I am thinking the worst that they blew my generator because I never heard it cycle after the first tech left during the first visit. The second tech came out and could not get it going. He told me I need a new transfer box. Over a week later I get the quote for close to 4k. I just wanted to see what they thought it was.
I called out another company that got it going right away. NEITHER TECH FROM GURR BROTHERS TURNED THE GENERATOR ON AND THEY WERE GONG TO CHARGE ME 4K TO FIX IT. Theres nothing wrong with it.. and this 150 amp isn't enough for my future plans. Great job guys..
