Reviews of local pros in Oak Park, Michigan

Don’t waste your time contacting this company. I reached out multiple times within a week via text, email, and Instagram and never received a single response. Completely unprofessional and very disappointing communication.

Wow, this company saved me a lot of money! They are friendly and professional.
I like that they do Laundry and Dishes. They left my kitchen and bathroom sparkling clean and smelling good. I'll definitely call them again in the future!

We have had a great experience with Penelope’s house cleaning. They do a great job and are affordable compared to other cleaning companies. Would recommend!

Mike and his team have done a wonderful job taking care of our needs while we were filming in metro Detroit. Punctual and professional cleaning service that you can rely on!

The owner was very hands-on, polite, and professional. He didn't miss a beat with cleaning. From cleaning the walls, baseboards, garbage bins,, removing the eyes from the stove to clean caked up grease. Things that I wouldn't have thought about he made sure to clean, dust, and sanitize. I definitely will use the service again and again. Thanks, Penelope House Cleaning!

I would be Without remiss if I did not stop and recognize this company that came on an off day! I had a horrible accident in my home where cabinets fell out the wall and glass and plates were broken everywhere. Police were called to the scene but it was Penelope cleaning company that brought clean and normalcy back to my home! I was panicked about the whole ordeal and I was assured things would be great. Even though we are coming out of Covid, this company STILL PRACTICED Covid compliance. My nerves were calmed by this professional cleaning company and I admonish anyone who reads this to know you can depend on the successful delivery of clean! Thank you!

These guys are cheap for a reason. Hired them to complete a move out clean. They spent more time sending me pictures of before and after then actually spent cleaning the place. When I got to my home with the property management company the place looked no different then it did before they arrived. I was embarrassed. The only thing I noticed they cleaned was the bathroom sink and shower. I reached out to Michael Hill (the manager) to express my dissatisfaction since I was now out the money I paid him as well as an additional $300 the property management company was going to charge to have the house cleaned. Michael explained to me that they “strive for excellence “ during our initial conversation. Apparently, they are all talk as I haven’t heard a peep since I reached out after the fact with my concerns. These guys should be taken out with the trash. Waste of money, my three year old nephew could’ve done a better job.
