Tech came out two weeks ago diagnosed our very old furnace that stopped working three weeks ago now. Shoemaker ordered a part and scheduled our repair appointment. Canceled that repair appointment last minute and then ,again last minute, cancelled our second repair appointment the following week. Even though they are not even a mile down the road from my house. How am I supposed to take off work to make an appointment that clearly will not happen? Naugle Heating came out same day and time shoemaker was supposed to be here and fixed the furnace in half an hour. Explained the furnace issue far better and obviously knew more which is not the issue I have. I wouldn’t trust shoemaker for the simple fact that an appointment means nothing here and a non working furnace clearly isn’t top priority. Very disappointed and would never recommend to someone in need.

We've used Shoemaker for 2 different jobs in the past 6 months (the joys of buying an old house) From tub removal/ shower install to fixing a broken shut off valve, they've been AMAZING!!
