The furnace technician arrived on time, he had all the things he needed to make the repair and performed the service in a professional manner. I was very favorably impressed.

The gentleman that was here fixed a lot of things, explained to me everything he did, answered all my questions, cleaned up after himself, was very polite and was even nice to my stupid dogs. He also showed me some preventative things we could do and fixed that with a disposable aluminum pan.

job was done on schedule, the service people were professional very polite and respectival. The men cleaned up after themselves and removed the old water heater.

Woke up to a cold house on the coldest day of the year Monday. Called Hometown at 8 and they were here by 9. Old furnace was 21 years old with bad heat exchanger. Got a new more energy efficient and whisper quiet the next day. Mike and Cody who installed it were awesome. They were very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing and answered any questions. Here by 8:00 and out by 2:00. House is back to temp and all is well. Thank you Tina, Roger, Mike and Cody. Service Rep arrived during the assigned time slot and promptly began working the problem with our furnace. He was polite and helpful, even with me looking over his shoulder and asking questions (LOL!!). I was very satisfied!

They were able to get a tech out very quickly, he was very friendly and professional and walked me through how to maintain my furnace. He checked everything to make sure it was all running as it should since I just moved into the house and needed some peace of mind form a previous bad experience with a furnace needing replaced.

Our business urgently needed a new A/C unit. We had multiple companies come out to see if anything could be repaired or if it just needed to be replaced. We had some astronomical quotes to replace the entire until, until Hometown came out and they were very professional and they genuinely know what they are doing. They were very prompt and had our A/C unit replaced within a week. This is a company that cares about their customers and they provide excellent service. I will be using them in the future for any heating and cooling issues we may run into down the line. Hometown installed a new propane boiler in our home in October 2024. We have used the boiler all winter and it has performed great. The house feels a lot warmer than our old fuel oil boiler. We wanted to eliminate the boiler venting through the roof and Hometown was able to install us a boiler that vents out the side of the house. We had an issue after installation with the living room zone valve not working correctly. Hometown sent a technician to fix the valve at no extra cost. The guys at Hometown are professional and courteous. We are considering installing mini splits for AC and would use Hometown again.

Roger, Andy and the entire crew did an absolutely fabulous job on my entire heating/cooling system. We couldn't be happier with the service and how informative they were. Hometown Heating , Cooling & More is the most trustworthy and reliable contractor I've worked with in a long time! Their communication is excellent and workmanship is top notch. Adam installed a whole house humidifier on my furnace today . He was there at the appointment time and communicated clearly about how long it was going to take. He explained how to use the product and cleaned up so that I would have never known he was there! They will always be my go to for any HVAC needs!
