Fantastic Job!!! I had two fireplaces that didn't work. Perkins put electric inserts in both. They did what they said they were going to do! A+ from me, I couldn't be any happier! Thank you Perkins!!

A friend of mine used Perkins for a wood stove install, and highly recommended. I reached out to them with an odd rehab project, and they were great to work with, very helpful.

As first time owners of a home with a natural fireplace we wanted to make sure everything was good before we started using it. Jordan came to do our chimney inspection and was VERY helpful and knowledgeable about everything. Answered every question I had (and there were alot 😊) VERY reasonably priced as well. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

This is not what I would call a dependable company. Initial contact was a service call to sweep chimney and install new gas fixture. Service person told my wife that the chimney didn't need cleaning and left stating he was not licensed to inspect the gas line. Three months later we finally got the fixture installed even though it was onsite on day one. Today, when I closed the damper after running for first time, there is so much debris behind the damper it jammed on my attempt to close, and when I tried to adjust it, debris continue to fall into the gas fixture. My suggestion is find another company.

Noticed movement in our chimney inside the house. Family members who had dealt with Perkins strongly recommended them, and the problem was resolved. They were able to diagnose a lack of support for the hearth in the crawlspace, and a non-functioning tile outside which allowed water to erode the chimney base. Very thorough and explained everything with the precision of a surgeon. I would recommend Perkins to anyone with an issue. They will diagnose and solve to solution. The Top Hat embellishes them as traditional in their craft; the communication, attention to detail and professionalism makes them the best in their field.

This company does good, honest work at a fair price. They cleaned and fixed the chimney of our 60-year-old house so that we could use the fireplace again. If we can find a used fireplace insert, we will definitely call them for installation.

Chad Perkins performed an inspection on my fireplace after I had paid a different chimney company to inspect during my home buying process.
Perkins caught a critical safety item which the other inspector had missed and corrected the previous inspection on the nature of my fireplace surround material—that is, the material was approved decorative sheet rock, not combustible shiplap that had to be torn out and replaced. (note: these were not just a “differences of professional opinion”; the senior inspector at the other company later concluded their first team had made a mistake…that’s the trouble of dealing with larger companies!)

For the remaining items that needed attention, Perkins quoted me a fair price and did good work. Chad also offered great general advice and tries very hard to educate his customer. Fully recommended.

Our fireplace was leaking when it rained, and Chad came out to estimate repairs. We ended up needing step work on our chimney, a new crown and caps, and everything needed to be sealed. Jordan and Miguel performed the work over several days. They did a spectacular job and were super nice guys. We now have peace of mind using our fireplace and no more leaks! I would not hesitate to use them again. Very reliable and professional for a fair price.

They have always been professional. I asked them to evaluate a home fireplace of a house we recently purchased (I used Perkins at our last home) they told me what was wrong and corrected the issues. I ordered a set of firelogs and they installed with minimal disruption. I completely trust them.

Chad came via his association with the NS Railroad, and the Coal and Woodburner Shop. He attended to the cleaning of our existing fireplace and, thereafter, to the installation of a new Buck Stove insert that had been purchased there. We had no complaints at that time.

Sadly, I returned to their business to have Chad attend to the replacement of our current surround, and to obtain proper measurements for the ordering and installation of a new chimney cap we found on the Woodland Direct website. This process began around February or March of this year (when there was still snow on the roof, and the initial appointment needed to be postponed). Perkins has yet to produce accurate measurements or a suitable drawing for submission to Woodland Direct, so they can attend to the fabrication of the chimney cap we selected. Why? Is this how you'd like for YOUR home left?

Wonderful job! They pulled in the driveway at 2:10 pm cleaned my chimney and fireplace and left at 2:30 pm. I will definitely recommend Perkins to all my friends and family! Have a great day! James Ramirez

Austin was great! They were able to come out right away. The dog did some horrible damage and Accurate took care of it all!

Austin did an amazing job he came by him self and I was skeptical about only one person cleaning my carpet and boy was i wrong .... I had 2 people here about a year ago from Stanley steamer and my carpet was wet for 4 days and all my spots came out for about 2 days then they all bled back when Austin came he explained how much stronger there machine was and he was not lying he spent half the time Stanley did and got out way more of my pet strains and they did not bleed back . Accurate carpet cleaning is not shampoo but steam and a degreaser and boy do I understand the difference now I will only use accurate for tile carpet furniture and hopefullyI never need it but floods and mold too if I could give them 10 stars I would Austin even gave my kid a magnet and loveings to my dog thank you accuratecarpetcleaning you have a forever customer!!
