Bad service washer go bad right 5 day after 3 month and they tried to fix it again no luck with them i was with no washer for almost 9 month i paid $625 to fix it then they don't want to do anything for me

Just bought a brand new stove (small dent in side, no one will see), with delivery in less than an hr, for under $400...very friendly store staff and delivery men...a family business that treats you like family...we will be referring friends, neighbors, and family!

They charged me a service fee and then want 400 dollars to fix my washing machine told me i could use it like it was they did something to it now it don't work at all i called she said the guy would call me back still waiting on that call not happy at all 😢

They were able to isolate and fix the problem with my dryer within an hour!

Came out to connect my gas dryer, every place I contacted wanted $200, this place did it for under $100 and did it fast, they have my business from now on

Moved into my new place on March 26th. Oven hasn't worked since we moved in. We've called several times. Still don't have a working stove to cook with and it's been 3 weeks!! Highly disappointed!

This places sucks Bought a refrigerator on December 15th and here. It is the 5th of January refrigerator no longer any good. Need a new one.

Great place to get a used appliances affordable prices and you get a warranty they also offer in home repairs if you have a broken appliance.i called to have my dryer repaired and it was only thirty five dollars for them to come out which also went towards the repair of my dryer which was only a belt which cost me 80 dollars total to have repaired highly recommend

Great service. They have worked on serveral of my appliances. They do great work! I will continue to use them for household repairs! I can’t wait for them to start repairing commercial appliances 🙃

Great family business. Good appliances, great service. They stand by their products, will fix if something is wrong. Reasonable prices and great delivery/install pricing. Servicemen are polite and professional.

Worst customer service experience I have experienced in life. This company came highly recommended and the receiptionst was the WORST scheduler I have ever come in contact with. She ultimately left me off the schedule after I had taken half a day off from work for the appointment. I’m sure this was done on purpose as their was no apology, nor did she ask me if they could re-schedule. I will obviously take my business else where.

Called them out for a refrigerator repair. The person that showed up was late. He told me he didn't know how much it would cost, and would have someone from the office call me later with a price. The office never called me back, and I had to call them to find out how much.

A month later, the same business called me back offering me a refund for the money I paid just for the guy to come out. They then used my debit card to make a charge on Venmo, and never gave me the refund. When I called them back, they acted like nobody worked their by the name of the guy that called me.

They came out and could not tell me what was wrong with my refrigerator charged me 35.00. Could not give me an clear answer to what was wrong with my refrigerator but just oh it’s cheaper to go and buy a new one there’s too many things wrong with it. Well I called a handy man and he fixed it for 75.00 it was just the thermostat. Never again will ever use this place. I don’t recommend it to anyone

Great service! Gary came out to service my stove and did an excellent job! Great customer service from the scheduler down to Gary, the technician and very reasonably priced; which is a big deal for a single mom like myself...Gary was clean, proficient, knowledgeable and friendly...thanks again, Better Buy Appliance, for being prompt with great service! I would definitely recommend and use their service again!

Formally Better Buy Appliances.. This company has been here for me and my 5 kids for 10yrs now! Justin has been our man repair man. If only every husband could be as handy as him. If he is married I really pray his wife appreciates him! He has worked on so many appliances for us over the years? From fixing every element on our 1976 oven, to installing our new Disposal, fixing seals on old refrigerator to having the water line fixed on a new one (in less then 2 minutes). The man is handy! Please if you need a repair Call this place! No I can’t speak for all of the workers. Over the years We have had others repairmen out. ALL have done the job at hand! Justin is just exceptional to me & my family!

They've been out 3 times for the same issue. It's still not working. The 30 day warranty is pointless if they cant diagnose and fix a problem. I ordered what I thought was the root cause of the problem from eBay for 27 dollars and voila it's now fixed. I recommended they check the same part while here but they were "positive" that it wasn't the problem. They're cheaper than the competition but you get what you pay for.
