Need a full panel replacement and National Electric came out same day and got the job done on the spot.
I also had them add a hook up for a new appliance and I mistakenly had them add the wrong hook up. Totally my fault. They came out next day and got me all hooked up and fixed my mistake. Would highly recommend.

My parents house was having electrical problems and we didnt want to go back to the man who originally "fixed" their breaker box, so Robert reached out to me and i was able to get in contact with someone and got help the very next day. The person who came did a great job and was very kind and friendly, someone we could definitely trust. Im glad i made this call!

We had an electrical pretty much emergency last Friday night pretty late. The owner answered the phone. We had Chris out electrican come out early afternoon! He was through and kind very professional. We had to have a follow up due to DTE electric issue. Darius came out today and took care of the rest! I highly recommend this company!!!!!

I contacted Robert around 2:30 this afternoon and told him the issue we were having with partial power. He arrived the same day with another worker and within 30mins determined our automatic transfer switch was bad and one of the main power connections had burned up. In addition, it was discovered not only was the workmanship piss poor during the initial installation the generator itself was also damaged. Needless to say we will be replacing the complete system in the very near future and will be using National electrical and will not hesitate to recommend them to others. .

Getting service the same day was a game changer for me! I appreciate Robert finding out the problem fixing it and then when another problem occurred, I was able to contact him and he came out the following day to fix that issue as well. Really cool guy with a great personality. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family members as well as use his services in the future when needed!

Power went out last week from the huge storm that came through. We had some breaker issues once the power returned. All electricians in the area were super busy. They made a point to call me back (that same day) when they could get a tech out. Tech was amazing. Didn't try to upsell us on anything. Explained our options and was clear about costs and needs. We had an extensive amount of work needed on our box and the tech stayed as long as it took to get it done. Excellent work. Excellent service. Pricing was reasonable for the work. I was very satisfied with the experience and they will be a go to for any future electrical needs.

We recently had the main electric line snap off my house during a different project. After DTE had secured the line to the pole we reach out to National Electric since they offered service 24 hours a day. Rob had assisted me via phone and was able to determine what services I need and gave a quick quote. He had a team out to my house within 2 hours. Chris and Will came to my home and got right to work. They explained the process and went to work with updating us to code. Since some of my electrical was grandfathered. Their work looks great and they were able to explain plenty. They were super friendly and made sure I had electric before the nights over. Chris was super helpful at teaching me about my prayed and when my power was restored he made sure everything was working before he departed. We had a brief scare but quickly figured out it was a gfr switch. I am super happy with the work National Electric provide and Chris did a phenomenal job!

They arrived quickly, were through, and fixed the problem. I dont think I would hire again though. One of the guys was a little standoffish to me. Had to prob him for answers. They changed all the plugs in my bedroom which was nice but they replaced all my covers and threw away mine. Didnt ask if I wanted them. So I had to fish them out of my trash.

National Electric did the job they said they were going to do, but I would like to share my experience of what happened.
First I was scheduled at 10 a.m. but no one called and no one came. I had to call national Electric and they didn't show up until 11:30. I got the impression had I not called no one would have come. I was quoted on the phone $125 for a small repair, which this was. I put in a light fixture and it had to work off a difference switch so because I did it. The two switches worked both lights I knew what they needed to do was simple and I needed someone to come and just do a jumper wire and I do not have the knowledge to do that. The electrician that showed up came into the home turn off all the electric in the house. As he was walking down to the basement he said to my husband that it was going to be more money because he had to do extra wiring. At first I thought he had to run wires to the switch. When he came back up you put in the jumper wire the entire project to 15 minutes and then ask for $225.00. I feel that he was trying to take advantage of us so I called national Electric and I got a hold of a general manager or the owner. I explained to the owner that he was here for 15 minutes and he said minor repair would be $125. I don't understand why that would have cost more than the small repair that he said it would be from the onset of my initial call. I asked if he was saying the work he did was worth $900 an hour. The technician went outside for a few minutes was on the phone came back in and said that his office said that they'd be willing to accept the $125.00. Which mind you is still $500.00 an hour. Which in my opinion is still highway robbery, but I understand the concept of a minimum charge... at the end of the day we got what we wanted done we paid but we were told we were going to be paid. I'm not giving them a bad rating just a neutral rating. I just want people to know what happened so that they can watch out for themselves. Do some quick math if it don't sound right it probably isn't.
