Great consultation, not very good cleanup after completion.

I had some issues with my air conditioning unit that was installed by Advanced Heating and Cooling, they addressed the issues and my unit is working at full capacity now. Norm was very hands-on during the process with phone calls and correspondence, and ensured that the repairs would be made in a timely manner. Although there was miscommunication initially, Advanced Heating and Cooling reticfied the issue.

Not very impressed in the workmanship took a month for them to figure out they had that air vacuum filter on backwards and when they install my furnace they didn't install the thermostat correctly

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.If I could give this business -2 stars I would. I have had TWO appointments for a furnace tune up that were no shows and no calls. I was offered a $10 discount from Norm for them missing the first appointment. Today I was just told they have thousands of dollars worth of work and contracts so my furnace tuneup placed low on their to do list! This so called business does crappy business! So unless you have two hours to waste sitting at home waiting on them to show up... DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

Update: I was asked by Norm to allow the company to come out and do a tune up free of charge. At that point I didn’t want these people in my house. He suggested the same guy who did a no call no show twice. I said certainly NOT. I did allow the owner Marcel to come out and do the tune up. He showed up and seemed nice and was professional even though my appointment was supposed to be next Monday. He advised me about my humidifier and I think I will be giving the company another chance to see if they can get that working for me again.

The work was not done Properly

Poor quality work also did something which was dangerous to our health.

Having issues with this company today. Check back in 24 hours.

Water been running every since they repaired my century air I keep contacting them there’s no answer they did my neighbor, the same I’m going to contact problem solver

Been waiting 2 months...for a replacement part that's been leaking in my basement since end of October. No follow through, nobody keeps track of issues.

Had a AC unit installed they never pulled a permit and they are refusing to pull one. Plus they never gave me a written receipt. Nor did the fill out a certification sheet with Redford. Won't answer phone and won't return messages. Horrible company wish I had did my research before hiring this Company.

Missed his first appointment, wasn't professional, refused to fill out paper work, won't answer his phone unless I call him multiple time. He took out the damaged part and refused to complete the work he started. he left and texted that he won't be coming back. Don't recommend him and won't use his service again.

In October of 2018, I had advanced Heating install a new furnace upstairs in my house. The previous furnace was located in the crawlspace, so this install wasn't exactly a replacement. They told me they would vent the furnace intake and exhaust pvc pipes out the side of the house, which made perfect sense to me. I came home on the day of the install to find that they cut holes in my ceiling. I wasn't too happy about this, but figured that they knew what they were doing. Well I was wrong. They did a complete hack job on the roof and just put tar around the pipes. Within days the roof started leaking with the first rain. I called them put again and they put more tar on top. Still kept leaking. I called them out again and again, and they finally got someone to put a boot on it. After the boot was put on, it still leaked. Then I called them out again and they threw more tar up there. Fast forward to now, May 2019 and I am once again getting a lot of water coming down the pipes. Tired of playing the game of having an incompetent company put bandaids on a bigger issue, I called out a roofer company. He found that they cut the boot to fit both pvc pipes, when it is only meant to go over one pipe. He said that the pipes will need to be rerouted out the side of the house as I was originally told they would be, then the wood is going to have to be removed and replaced with new wood, and barrier, and shingles. The estimate for that alone is $825, I have to call out a company to fix the pipe situation as well. Needless to say, advanced heating is a hack of a company that I will never ever do business with again.

I would advise every and everybody to call someone else! Our landlord called them to do some work on the ducts in the furnace room. Came home from work to my house ready to explode! Full of natural gas. My dog was breathing in for over 3 hours. Called dte to report a gas leak emergency and he came and fixed everything. They left the valve on just pouring gas into our hme. Dte guy said he normally goes to residential homes where his meter reads 1 or 2... ours was at 15!!! The guys they send out are completely incompetent. The owner couldn't care less. Terrible customer service all around. I wish I could give 0 stars but I had to make people aware!

This company is a joke. I worked with basically all of the employees and got passed around from one person who didn't know squat to the next. The owner Marcel ignores my calls, wouldn't take responsibility for any of his employees mistakes, which there was a lot, and its been 4 months and my heat is still not working. I have to hire another company who actually knows what they're doing to fix all the mistakes that were made. The "manager" Brian is like the other employees, doesn't take responsibility for anything that goes wrong and "definitely isn't his fault." Not sure how these guys are still in business. I was very specific with what I wanted and was quoted for, and they missed the bar on every level. BUYER BEWARE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

It's said they charged me 150 dollars to tell me to call the person who installed my furnace because it looks to new to have went out. This company is a joke so is his worker I wish that when he came out he told me he didn't want to work for me and that he really didn't know how to repair a 90 percent furnace. He came out twice and couldn't fix the problem.

IF I could give this company a ZERO rating I would! Terrible all around.
-Missing appointment times by HOURS.
-Shows up randomly to my house when I specifically asked to text me when on the way so that way I can leave work.
-In a rush like he’s late for the next appointment.
-I keep having to call the company back MULTIPLE TIMES because the issue is not resolved and IT’S STILL NOT RESOLVED. I’ve gotten fed up with it and had to call another company to fix the issue. I wasted TIME and MONEY. It all went down the drain.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
